Don't scan the qr code in your room to get food because your food will never come and you'll get charged. Uber eats plus the restaurant refuse to reimburse for my food not showing up to my door even though it said it was delivered and it was not. I was in my room and the delivery orders were not followed. I called, emailed and texted, plus went in person to fix the issue and still was told it was the other person's issue. So someone stole my food & drinks for $68. Hope they enjoyed it after my long day of traveling.n

Clean lobby, and enjoyed my stay for Unreal Fest 2026, and it was helpful to know the building was connected via a skybridge to the McCormick Convention Center!

Overall was a nice place. Our refrigerator didn’t work the first night so we lost all the cold food we brought.

Cable was out so couldn’t use the TV, no water pressure in the shower.
