My one critique is that was mixed communication about the Complimentary Breakfast. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Purchased a room with a king bed (several months in advance) and when we checked in, I was told "we don't have any king beds available, but I'm moving you to a higher floor instead and it has 2 queen beds". I had room reservations for 3 nights, the beds were so bad, I check out around 5pm on the last evening. I have back issues and no way could I sleep one more night on those beds.

We had an event at 3:00 pm local time. Our check-in was available after 4:00 pm. We got back to the hotel after our event around 7:30 pm. We were informed there were no rooms available and we will be moved five miles away to a hotel on the university of Chicago campus. My wife and I declined this offer and drove back to northeast Wisconsin. This was an awful experience, and I’m not even sure which part of the process failed us. Why bother booking a hotel room months in advance when they’ll give it away?
