One of the best features is a free buffet breakfast daily on floor two. There was a decent variety of options, including waffles, eggs, great home fries , cereal, etc. along with juices and some fresh fruit. One downside is that this location is further south of the main tourist attractions, but that makes the rate more affordable. Also, there is no room service, but there is a restaurant next-door on the 22nd floor that is convenient to use.

Spent two nights here. The suite with kitchen was fully equipped. Amenities good. Very clean. Staff friendly. Only negative was the cost of the adjacent parking or valet service.

Parking is expensive!

The rooms were spacious and clean, but the free breakfast was the kicker. The spread for breakfast was AMAZING. So many choices, and good, healthy choices. We do some traveling and this was by far the best "free breakfast" we have experienced. A great way to start out your day. The whole experience was just great. We enjoyed our stay very much...although the weather wasn't overly cooperative. Highly recommend!

This property was great!

Clean and spacious. Our suite accommodated 4 adults. It was pretty much like a small apartment. Had everything we needed. The only con id would say is parking. Too expensive as they dont have their own parking.

A recommended place

No big complaints. I went with my family of 8 (6 kiddos) and spent one night in Chicago to end our long roadtrip. Nice staff. We reserved two rooms and we were able to be roomed next door to each other. Nice kitchenette. Microwave, dish washer, and plates/bowls/cups available for use in room. Portable stove was also an option but we did not need that. Clean rooms. Quiet. Water pressure and temp was great, able to get really hot if desired. Beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was okay. It included breakfast sandwich bar, waffle maker station, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. All areas had badge/card key restrictions which I appreciated for safety purposes. Paid for $52 parking for the day. Parking is gated surface lot behind the hotel. One restaurant on very top floor but we weren't able to dine during our stay due to a private party. However, tons of food options in walkable distances. Overall, I would come back.

Everything was very pleasant! Please advertise your parking situation in the surrounding areas. Valet is great pricing compared to parking garages.

It was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was lets say sub standard. They ran out of eating utensils by 9am, real dishes as well, but did supply paper plates, the waffle iron only cooked on one side fully..,you get the point. Something in our room was beeping every 60 seconds, the tv guide was an hour behind the real time and the buttons on the telephone didn't work. We notified the desk, the telephone guy came within minutes, but nothing on the beeping until the next morning.
