My only complaint would be that the Vu (rooftop bar) was hosting private parties each night we were there, and we were unable to enjoy that space. Everything else was fantastic.

How ever, I was not happy about the parking. It is valet parking not self parking. After we checked in and went to Valet they said the lot was full. I'm was not happy with the fact we had to drive two blocks down to park McCormick place Parking area... On the website I did not see it saying limited parking.

The property felt very safe and secure. The staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was warm and delicious.

The check-in process was fast and friendly. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The BUFFET breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL!! The kitchen was an added plus and we RELIGIOUSLY took advantage of the FULL-SIZE refrigerator. Being our first time in CHICAGO, the location of Homes2 Suites by Hilton was PERFECT for all our needs. We were a 20-minute walk to SOLDIER FIELD and STARBUCKS was in the lobby . . . what more could you ask for!! Will DEFINITELY use Homes2 Suites by Hilton Chicago AGAIN!!!

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. The LEDs were going out in our TV. We had to have them come switch it out. It took a couple of calls but we got a new tv. Breakfast buffet was not the greatest. Overall I would stay here again.I would probably bring some other nreakfast foods with me.

The room was so nice with a lot of helpful amenities, a nice fridge, microwave and dishwasher

Everything was good except for the breakfast. Most of the hot food items, eggs, sausage, pancakes are luke-warm and do not seem fresh.

The hotel is great for southeast Chicago activities. Parking is difficult but workable. The breakfast is filling and excellent.

One of the best features is a free buffet breakfast daily on floor two. There was a decent variety of options, including waffles, eggs, great home fries , cereal, etc. along with juices and some fresh fruit. One downside is that this location is further south of the main tourist attractions, but that makes the rate more affordable. Also, there is no room service, but there is a restaurant next-door on the 22nd floor that is convenient to use.
