We stayed here for two nights my son and I and everything was a 10 out of 10 the breakfast bar amazing they had veggie options turkey options, different type of eggs, bagels, waffles for toast, different types of potatoes from hashbrowns to sauté potatoes you name it they had it in a plate of a fruit. The rooms were really clean. The pool was a perfect size and a nice oasis to get away from the heat outside because it's indoor with glass surrounding it so you can see outside and it's open till 10 o'clock which is a huge plus since many people who are visiting, tend to be out during the day and then wanna come back and relax. I will definitely stay here again next year when I come to visit my family who live a little further down Michigan even the walk to their house was a good walk. The neighborhood is definitely walkable and the staff was certainly top-tier very friendly. Very helpful. There's someone there 24 hours several people from valet to the front desk staff

People smoking pot, weed, marijuana, what ever you want to call it on the 20th and 21st floors along with too many people partying and coming in and out...lots of traffic.

At check in I reconfirmed our room was a KING bed. However we were given a queen. After 2 phone calls, a trip back down to the front desk AND my husband going to verify a second room was actually a KING all was good. We told the front desk staff multiple times that it wasn't the right size bed and was told the 'system' has it as King. After the check in debacle our stay was amazing! Chen during breakfast was awesome, always asking if we needed anything.... great customer service!

Breakfast was hot and delicious, a wide variety of food items, always fresh and hot. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. One clerk in particular, Ramon T, helped me at check in and dade sure that I was well cared for. He was friendly, curtuius and all around very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and staying Chicago. Great stay, very good for the money.

We got in town early and they were able to accommodate early check-in. I had never stayed at hotel in Chicago where they allow us to check in early.

The hotel lobby staff member that checked me in was very accommodating, polite, and welcoming. I will definitely return.

My Boyfriend considers this our Chicago Home away from home. We love the spacious rooms, the convenient parking lot behind the building where we can literally keep an eye on our vehicle from the room. Front desk was incredibly helpful and gracious. We really loved how walkable the area was. We felt safe and the music venue we were here for was just a few blocks away. No notes, place is great!

At check in the room that was reserved 3 months earlier was not available. They told a few stories that didn't add up. First, my room was not ready yet, so If I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. When I said "ok I'll wait" they changed their story and said there was actually a problem with the room. I requested another room of the same kind and they didn't have one. So, I offered to accept the smaller room but I would like to be credited the difference in the cost, they refused, but offered "points" on their rewards program. I told them that was not ideal, but I would accept. THEN, after all that, they actually couldn't give the points. Imagine too, every time I tried to work with them the desk person had to walk back to talk to the manager. So I was left with a "take what you get" scenario after three attempts to let them make good on the reservation. I asked the manager to come to the front desk and explain it to me better, and he simply stonewalled me. Nothing offered, just "sorry we don't have the room you reserved, take this other one and that's it.
