We liked the infused waters at check in and how clean the room was. Bar area was nice for either pre-dinner or wind down drinks. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good at the restaurant was pricey for breakfast. We walked other places nearby that had amazing food for better prices.

What can I say about Jordan. This young man represents your front desk with a smile and the knowledge of a manager. Im coming back because of him and your staff. It was magnificent.

I came in for a wedding, the hotel was easy to find. The front desk was extremely helpful and Midwest nice. The room was clean, nothing was broken. It was a bonus that they had an iron and ironing board in the room! It was a great one night stay.

Location was nice for the reason we were staying. It was a short walk to the museum district and soldier field

We stayed 2 nights; the 2nd day no room service; called them & asked them why we didn’t get room service, no clear explanation; after a couple of calls someone had to bring us towels. The first day we got off the elevator on our floor there were dirty towels in the hallway. Not sure how the so-called fancy hotel is managed.

Excellent hotel with so much going on around it. Highly recommend! Complicated finding the parking garage & seeing the hotel sign.

Convenient location with direct access to the convention center.

The front desk staff were helpful and super accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that a room was made available for me to check in early at 7:30A. The Bell Hops were courteous and helpful (Ricky and others). The valet staff were understanding and patient (Amy). I could not have been happier with my stay at this property! My stay was outstanding!!!
