Convenient to McCormick Center. When walking from hotel to center, the mini market and food had burnt toast smell, which does not smell great.

Great location! Walking distance to Soldier Field!!!

Lovely facility Pool wasn't in service and no fine dining on premises. I didn't expect a bar scene as the only dining experience at a Hyatt Regency.

This hotel has a great location! We were in town for a concert, and we were able to walk to and from Soldier Field with no issues. Plenty of police presence and traffic, this made the walk completely safe. Hotel was clean, and staff was really helpful!

What a lovely property. The room was fantastic. Abraham was so kind and helpful. This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Chicago. Highly recommend.

Staff was nice and accommodating, the place is amazing in itself, love the breakfast buffet.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable too. I liked to be able to stream my movies on the tv. The hallways were quiet.

It was very clean and nice inside. Nice restaurant options and good location. They didn’t have the room I booked available so I had to stay in a different room (I was supposed to have 2 beds - 1 double and 1 queen, but was told they didn’t have any available so I was put into a room with 1 king bed and sofa bed). The sofa bed was not comfortable.

Very clean room. Plenty of space to roam around throughout the hotel. Nice sauna

Perfect location for a concert at Soldier Field

The staff members were very helpful throughout our stay. We had questions about parking, directions and restaurant recommendations and everyone was so nice and ready to help.

Nice hotel, very clean They didn't have our room reserved and were only able to offer us an alternate room with 1 bed. We had 4 people and specifically reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The parking lot was full. The pull out bed did not have sheets and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring them. Totally unacceptable for a room we paid a crazy amount of money for.

We enjoyed the location (distance to Soldier Field as we were there for a concert), the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The distance to Magnificant Mile, etc. - we had to spend quite a lot on taxi fares to get to and from certain places outside of the McCormick Place area.
