I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place last week. The location was absolutely ideal, and the view from the room was amazing. The room itself and the amenities were both outstanding, but what really set the experience apart was the incredibly helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again!

They ask for a deposit that they claim will be refunded, but that isn't true; when you leave, they charge you much more in taxes. Always ask what the total amount to be paid is.

Pool wasn't working. Bathroom was moldy along the edges. The rest was great. Food was good.

I had read some really great reviews and some not so great reviews and I’m so glad I went with the great ones and booked the Hyatt! I have ZERO complaints and I’m a tough critic . I almost don’t want to make a big deal of it so it stays a secret but the gym is AMAZING and has a sauna (shhh … just kidding :) ). I was able to run to the water and see a lot just in my short stay!

Very convenient if you are attending a Trade show. Has some decent food options and parking etc is very easy.

Property was laid out nicely and in a great location. Checking in was very quick and the people at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Room was cleaned up daily and I had a great stay.

This hotel has a great location! We were in town for a concert, and we were able to walk to and from Soldier Field with no issues. Plenty of police presence and traffic, this made the walk completely safe. Hotel was clean, and staff was really helpful!

What a lovely property. The room was fantastic. Abraham was so kind and helpful. This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Chicago. Highly recommend.
