Reviews

The location was great.
-
We got 2 rooms and for both we got “accidentally “ charged additional things. We got charged an extra parking night even when we did not stay for that long. Then you are charged a “destination fee” that no one tells you about. For the other room they charged the room twice. It is already an expensive hotel for them to be charging and stealing from you. If ai did not check my bill they would have taken my money. Same thing happened for the other room. Beware!

This a a really good hotel in a safe area with access to public transportation and amenities

It was fine

When I checked in the guy helping me hardly made eye contact and seemed disinterested. He could hardly justify the 30 dollar destination fee saying there was free water (which was empty when we went to get some) and a 15 dollar voucher that we vould use (He conveniently left out we had to use it after 5 PM so I couldn't utilize mine when I checked out.) My TV screen share didnt work and we had to have someone come up and fix it. The hotel looks nice but the customer service is lacking.

Friendly staff! Even walking throughout the property there were workers opening doors, saying "have a good day". Nice to feel wanted there! Kids and I enjoyed our stay

Over is a great hotel have great environment and staff, but I am not sure why there have a alarm clock ring at 6:00 am at the morning on 1st date, and disrupted sleep, since I am going to Lolla festival at day, a good sleep is really important to me

Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff
-
We stayed over night during several events downtown, so the Hyatt was very busy. Everyone there was helpful, patient- definitely used to the busy atmosphere!
-
Love this place and the location. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, bar and amenities. Dislike parking situation. Very small lot next to hotel and we always have to park too far from building at night cause the small lot fills up.
-
Great stay. Everything u need. Will be back
-
The bed and sheets were ethereal! Crispy linen and comforting.
