Reviews

They need to steam clean the carpets, they are sticky and dirty in the room, otherwise everything else was fine.
-
Very convenient to get up & walk to your flight. Good soundproofing.
-
Beds are old and very soft
-
rooms need an upgrade, carpets look dirty, curtains not in a good shape. Furniture not nice and TV location wasn't good.
-
was stuck in Chicago and the staff was great.
-
The hotel was well appointed and convenient, even though we only stayed for a night before our flight. The check in took longer than expected, but there is an online option that we did not use that would have been faster. Checkout was super fast. The restaurant was good quality and not bad price wise. The staff were helpful.

Location- staff- restaurant- excellent customer service.
-
Very convenient location for a short stay
-
Only thing I dont like is after a long haul flight I had to pull my luggage through their unbearable deep shaggy carpets. I was pulling 2 large bags through the lobby and to the room because they do not have porters to help you. That was brutal
-
Great stay and very convenient for my flight
-
It was overall awesome and convenient to go to the airport
-
The room was clean. I slept so well! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. I ordered food from the restaurant, which was good. A little pricey, but I was expecting that. Best part, I was able to walk to my terminal. It took me 5 minutes to get to the United check in. Would definitely stay again

I have severe mobility issues, but was taken by wheelchair directly from United gate to Hilton reception desk. Restaurants were close to reception and elevators, so accessible with stroller.

Was leaving for Mexico on a super early flight. Decided to rent a room in the hotel probably best decision I ever made. We walked from the hotel to the tram got to our terminal all within 10 minutes! The convenience of staying in the airport is worth it.
-
Staff were really helpful and sweet during check in. During checkout I was told there are no shuttles to take me to my terminal in quite a short and ubrupt manner. But to be honest the price is ridiculous for the outdated hotel. Seems like they think they can charge Hilton prices for what looks like a motel I the rooms just because they are the only hotel in the airport.

Very close to airport
-
Room was clean. Bar and breakfast were just ok.
-
Old hotel in need of renovation.

Staffs were ridiculous. Never thought I would hear that “he works for tips not free”. I paid $500 including tax and this is what I was told. And daughter got bit by I don’t know what all over her body. I don’t know how all of the treatments they think was okay to a customer. We didn’t ask for much just someone or a cart to help us with all of the luggage. “It’s going to be 10-15 mins, can you wait, can you wait or not” “Oh you all have a big trip, so many luggage, anybody to help?”I told her that’s why we are waiting (they standing and talking) couple mins later, here’s the cart, you need or not. Seriously. And knocked on our door at 8.39pm, I brought you all a carts that you asked for, do you need them or not, the guy works for tips you know. We thought this is gotta be a joke at this point because this is not normal for Hilton.

It is incredibly convenient to the airport. Easy walk. Great staff resolved an issue quickly. The price was very high.
