I liked that it was walking distance to the airport. For $500 for 1 night, the room wasn’t any better than an older Holiday Inn. The toilet handle was loose and you had to jiggle it to make the toilet shut off. The wall paper was ripped in places. The beds were not comfortable at all. I was expecting a better room than what we paid for. I was very disappointed.

Very friendly and got a nice room upgrade facing the runway… it was still very quiet, didn’t really hear the planes at all.

This is a hotel that you book out of convenience. The amenities are nice and the location in reference to O’Hare is great; however, the rooms are old and outdated.

The location was good but I didn't use Breakfast I was challenged to get help for managing my baggage before hotel check in and immediately I reach there because I was my bzbh girl. But I got shuttle service next day for departure

Our flight was cancelled at 9:30pm and we were rebooked on a flight the next afternoon. I could see the HILTON sign from inside the airport. Easily within walking distance from arrival area. I called and booked a room before we even left the airport.We were very fortunate to get a room because there were over 40 people stranded, We were warmly welcomed at check in. Our room was lovely and very quiet. The restaurant was already closed so we ate in the bar. The food was very very good. We had an excellent breakfast the next morning and were driven to the departure area as soon as we were ready. We also received a very cute gift of a shower bomb and chocolates which did make us feel better after a very stressful day. not a thing
