Free parking helped a lot. Overall, it was a decent stay. There are 3 elevators and only 1 works. However, I never waited more than 2-3 minutes for it to arrive. The room was cozy. The ac was freezing (a good thing). The bathroom was well stocked with soap and shampoo. 2 queen beds,so 4 towels for 1 person was very nice. The room is set up for potential extended stay. Restaurant and convenience store on site. A shame the restaurant service was not good, but that didn't leave a bad taste regarding Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and really chill.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The air conditioner was noisy. The breakfast, however, was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!

The lobby and the rooms look reasonable in the photos but The property is pretty rundown. The wifi is useless.

Wonderfully comfy bed. Decent food at the bar/restaurant. Shuttle TO/FROM airport terminal runs only every 45 minutes but takes only 15 -20 minutes so plan accordingly.

Perfect place to stay for attending Cubs games without a car. Fly into O’Hare, take the free shuttle bus to the property, check in, make the short walk to the CTA train, to the Addison St bus to Wrigley.

Clean room, nice staff, quick check in. They had breakfast, it looked very nice, but we did not eat there.

I had an extended stay here and it was so lovely, couldn’t ask for anything else for my almost two week trip.
