Marriott Chicago O'Hare

Everyone was so polite and did they jobs very clean facality ...my rating is a 10plus

The reason for 3 stars is for housekeeping. The first day we returned to our room to find beds made but the room unvacuumed, towels were not resupplied, neither was the coffee packets. Same for the 2nd day, but the room was vacuumed. Again we had to request coffee packets, clean glasses, TP and towels. Short staffed or inexperienced housecleaning. Also the ice machine was broken.

Went back room still not ready! They finally said room was ready. The attendant asked if I wanted a balcony room or on ground level! I answered ground floor poolside. Got to room opened blinds, windows had a no see through film on window. Went to exit door and no pool, just a white rock road! Talked with attendant and he said sorry layout of rooms says it’s poolside!!! Told him I was very disappointed. Room was not vacuumed, seeds on floor. Also seen two bugs in bathroom. Pool was nice, but child proof gate broken not working. Breakfast over priced, but good choice of food. Overall just a bad experience all excited about poolside room the only reason I booked it and ended up with the opposite and disappointing for the money!

The property is very tired. Small sink, old carpets. The shower has nice water pressure, nice pillows, good drawer space.

Our check in was fabulous! Madison was so friendly, helpful and professional! Great experience!

This property overall was a great place to stay. Nice pool, great staff, and clean place. The property is older, so some of the doors don’t fully seal shut. I wish they would also crack down on letting people smoke weed in the hallways. 4.5/5

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. Personable, professional and kind at all times. I was blown away by how nice this airport hotel is and will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean, it gave a welcoming vibe the moment I entered the lobby. Really liked how clean the room was. Everything was well taken care of.

Stayed here before flying out of Ohare. Very convenient. Shuttle service was on time and appreciated.

My room was musty & super cold. The thermostat was stuck at 66 no matter what it was set at. I froze, had to just cut it off. Too expensive for the age of the hotel.

I like the convenience of being so close to the airport and appreciated the hotel having a complimentary shuttle to/from airport.

There should be water in the lobby for people to drink all the time.

bartenders were super nice and accommodating! staff was nice! room was clean but wished we had a microwave to be able to warm up leftovers from the restaurants we attended while on vacation.

Everything was just as we expected

We were very happy with our stay and will stay again next year. The staff was so kind, the pool was awesome and all around they went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. 10/10
