I will don’t recommend that to no one

I came to Chicago for a quick Fourth of July weekend. The staff, specifically the front desk staff, were amazing. I'm a solo traveler so I can tell you that staying here was actually very economical. Having the shuttle service and having the train station literally behind the hotel is amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay, whether it's a short trip or a long one. I loved staying here. I will be back.

Peaceful stay

Perfect location. Near the airport and easy access to major roads. Staff were very helpful esp. the dining crew for breakfast, especially Christina.

Van driver left me at the wrong terminal at airport even after i stated airline. Didnt care at all. Had to haul 70lb luggages by myself from one terminal to the other at 430am. Not a great way to start the day.

The parking was a bit confusing. So it is 38$(22$ for the holiday discount) for overnight parking. But if you leave and come back, you get charged. The sign says to swipe your key card but it is a tap credit card reader. I ended up paying 44$ for their parking services when I actually checked out. That’s my only complaint. But the hotel itself and staff was nice and professional.

Clean room. Very nice hotel
-
This was a great location and affordable family hotel. The members of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rey. Rey is truly a gem and valuable member.
-
Nice pool, great desk staff. We only spent a night and didn't visit the bar or restaurant. Looked nice, but we had other plans. Lots of restaurants nearby. I'd book here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind.

Everything was okay. Pretty outdated and not in the best condition but it worked. I was there for a conference and it was convenient to be onsite.
-
You have to pay for parking. But everything else was exceptional!

Very nice staff Very helpful Housekeeping had a very hard time understanding our needs Had to go to the front desk and tell them our needs for them to relate to housekeeping Bathroom had NO vent fan so after your shower the bathroom was full of steam Had to wait to see the mirror
-
Everything is great except the rolling bathroom door didn’t completely close.

Bathroom needs a vent fan

Nice

Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Maid didn’t come one day and we had to call down and get service. Hotel bartenders were nonexistent much of the time. Our stay was just ok. I expected better-

The staff were kind and property was safe.
