Quiet and clean property with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and bar. Convenient location near the Blue Line station and O’Hare Airport. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice and clean with a friendly staff.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We had dinner there and it took over an hour to get our food.

Checked in after midnight due to a flight being delayed and missing a connection. Front desk staff was very helpful and got us all the personal hygiene things we needed, due to the airline having sent our luggage along without us. The free airport shuttle was very convenient as well.

Ray was a huge help and excellent customer services. We decided to take our first short baecation together and this was perfect! To new found love!Good job Ray!!! We will return.

The staff was great

The property was very well maintenance. There were always staff there no matter what time you came to the front desk to assist you only issue I had was staff members specifically management. We’re having a conversation and they disregarded that we were standing there trying to purchase something. They finished their conversation other than that, that was my only issue.

The staff did an outstanding job helping us get into our room early since we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and everything was how we expected it to be.

Would have preferred complimentary breakfast even if only continental breakfast Cost of breakfast buffet and no option for ala cart ordering. We are in our 70s, we had a very long walk from elevator to our room. You would the think front desk staff would pay more attention to assigning location of rooms to elderly travelers Couple we were traveling with heard kids screaming in adjacent room and saw them jumping on the beds. Turns out a group of moms were down in the bar drinking and not supervising kids. An ice hockey team from Michigan
