The only downside was that the shuttle transportation wasn’t very well organized. People who showed up late cut the us and another family who were waiting there first, which made the process less smooth than expected. With better organization of the shuttle service, the overall experience would have been excellent. Overall, I would stay here again because of the clean accommodations, great staff, and convenient amenities.

Loved this hotel , the room , the amenities were amazing . It is very pricey compared to other hotels around the area as they charge for everything separately but over all would recommend if your looking for a nice property

Great spot for travelling to Chicago and avoiding the downtown - yet easy access by the train!

Everything was great across the board. I’d definitely stay there again.

Internet is additional fee. Showers are nice and good pressure. Furniture is old, stained and needs replacement. Lock the door to the hotel from garage at 6:00. So to check in , I had to walk outside and the sidewalk was covered in mud and water. Needs to be maintained better for the price.
