SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare by Marriott

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had a problem with the door lock not working on my room. They bent over backwards to fix the problem and when they couldn’t moved me to another room promptly. Kept me informed the whole time. Can’t ask for more!

there is no hot tub, the breakfast was good, but change up the potatoes, the juice in the lobby is very nice smell when you walk in is very nice the lady at the front desk I wish I would remember her name. She was there every evening that we stayed. She was a doll. I would stay again.

I loved how welcoming everyone was and the breakfast was fantastic!! Definitely the best place I’ve stayed at!!

Challenges: The elevators were not working very well, and the condition of them, outside and inside left much to be desired. (As much as you can desire from an elevator, I guess?) The rates were reasonable and the location is fantastic! Breakfast was lovely and plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy! Overall this was a great stay and I have, in fact, stayed here multiple times!

Everything was great, the staff was helpful. Just one thing we were not too happy with paying is for parking. I don’t see why we need to pay if we are paying for staying . I understand to charge for other people trying to park in the facility

Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was always delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very convenient . I will definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff was awesome and very helpful. They made the experience a very positive one. As for the property itself, the hotel is older and the elevators were very slow. It appeared as if only one elevator out of three was working out. Breakfast area was chaotic with so many customers trying to get breakfast and the tables were closer together making it harder to pass through. Parking is $33/day and managed through a 3rd party.

TV reception wasn't good. Elevators broke down (only one worked) and you could hear trains & lights from planes all night. Everything was very clean, staff was great, breakfast had variety of food, and lots of parking except you had to pay to park.

We waited a while for the shuttle after a long flight. The venue is conveniently located. Breakfast includes hot scrambled eggs, ham and potatoes. It was 10 minutes back to the airport on the shuttle.

Lo único que no me gustó es que la bañera deberían como pintarla , para ser un hotel eso debe estar impecable y estaba un poco con mohoo. Lo demás fue muy bueno
