Train was loud when it was traveled through the area but we knew the noise would be greater being by the airport so not complaints.

It was very unwelcoming to be told we have to pay for parking.

Stayed there multiple times when visiting family. Convenient for off and on the highway

I purchased an upgraded room and was given a basic. I tried to resolve with the front desk, and after overhearing the more senior person tell the junior person “yeah he booked a corner but we don’t have one for him” the senior person chose to tell me that I was mistaken and that I got the room I booked. Expedia attempted to resolve but the front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone for them for about thirty minutes. So Expedia ultimately refunded me some money to make it right. Beyond that it was a comfortable stay. The property is really tired on the outside and kinda tired on the inside, but all acceptable had the front desk been honest I wouldn’t be writing this.

Nice rooms, got a single king suite with "separate" sitting area with sofa bed. Separated by half a wall so you can see part of the window and feet of the people sleeping on the bed from the door. Not very private as the bathroom door is visible from the bed, door, and sofa. Kitchenette is across from sofa bed and also separated from bathroom door by half a wall. Pool is... acceptable for kids. Restrooms with no showers in the same room as the pool.

Loved that this hotel was pet-friendly! There was a VERY small grass area, but I’m glad there was atleast something on the property. The room was clean, bathroom needed some extra cleaning & the breakfast was okay. There is parking on the property and underground in a garage- which was nice to know the vehicle would be safe. Expect to pay $30+/day on parking though. The only downside of the underground parking was that the pipes are very rusted & during our stay, 2 pipes broke and began flooding/ spraying over some cars. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at during our visit to Chicago. It’s a very family-friendly hotel!

One elevator wasn’t working when we arrived and 24 hours later when we left, another elevator wasn’t working. Our bathroom had rust stains in shower and lobby bathrooms were messy with paper towels and actual towels on floor making me think something overflowed Parking lot lacks an exit at one end, if you park at that end , you’ll need to back out 1/3 of lot to exit. Plus now there’s a fee for parking which we didn’t expect. We did not realize attached Outback Steakhouse restaurant was no longer as we had hoped to enjoy drinks in the evening there. Check in was easy and staff pleasant

Loved it but if you come in late hard to find a parking spot! But overall I loved everything else

When we arrived back to the hotel, they informed my son and I that the hotel was overbooked. They said to us that they are sending us to another hotel with similar accommodations. Thus, the second hotel was a dud, the restaurant was awful and was not editable. We came back to this hotel and the manager in duty gave us a nice quiet suite. The breakfast was ok and it was enough to hold us over.

This was my bad experience, also they are not interested for third party booking. So request Expedia to remove this from list.

Breakfast was nice but room was super dirty, floor was filthy. Not clean at all. Thank god I had my own sheets to cover things
