What a cute little kitschy hotel. I prefer to stay in boutique hotels when travelling. This was a cute little hotel with a beautiful rooftop and within walking distance to everything I needed.

There was minor damage to the blinds in first room we were in. Without hesitation, the hotel upgraded our room to a suite. We had the new room in less than 10 minutes. The first room was less than spectacular in its cleanliness, but the second room was perfect.

Nice and cute little room! I was definitely able to hear my next-door neighbor talking on the phone all night, but the A/C muffled their voice, it wasn’t a huge deal.

Hotel Lincoln has a wonderful vibe to it. Outstanding roof top bar with views of a park, Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago skyscrapers. On the first floor is a restaurant with tasty offerings and large windows perfect for people watching. Located near Old Town Market. A great place to walk around and take in the lovely brownstones. Highly recommend!

Employees were all great, but hotel needs a major investment in refurbishing. Our bathroom ceiling looked like its going to fall in, carpets need replacing, I could go on but overall it just needs to be completely refurbished

The hotel is advertised as renovated, it was not. My room was probably the worst in the hotel. Bed was not comfortable, Creaked when I turned from side to side. Mattress was very thin and not comfortable. Room was very small.

This hotel was nice and clean. Idk what others were saying in comments. Other than our tv isn’t working, all was good. Room was clean. A/C was working. We weren’t in our hotel for most of our time in Chicago so we didn’t care much. Staff were nice. Coffee at the reception was good. I’d book again if I ever go to visit Chicago.
