This place was so clean, comfortable, easy to park on street with pads provided, and great location. We will absolutely stay here again!
-
Great location B & B, spotlessly clean, good continental breakfast and friendly staff.
-
Close to old town, free street parking. Very clean rooms, good breakfast selection. Area did not feel particularly safe for walking in some streets.

Cozy and comfortable

Sono was warm and welcoming. It's a very well cared for property that feels nice to return to each day. The common areas (kitchen, patio, rooftop patio) were well-appointed and cozy. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable! We could have used a couple more pillows and pillows could have been a bit fluffier.

There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even with flat pillows, we plan to visit again and stay here!

My absolute favorite b&b experience ever! The manager Jose is AMAZING!!! So kind and helpful with any request we made. Location is awesome and the place is so cozy and charming. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Highly recommend and will surely return the next time I’m in Chicago.

Your location, the street was beautiful, it was quiet, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious Nothing

We had only a quick overnight stay at Sono but hope to visit for a longer time in the future. This house is beautiful! The communal kitchen, patio, and rooftop deck were a surprise and added bonus. Our room was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, good linens, and lovely, very large bathroom. We appreciated how quiet the home was and really enjoyed the snacks and breakfast in the kitchen. Also really loved the Old Town neighborhood and hope to explore it more in the future.

Very comfortable clean and quaint N/A

My room was clean, serene & a good temperature. Outside noise was not an issue. Breakfast was presented beautifully with many different options. Bathroom & shower are very nice. We had a late check-in & Jose was there to meet us & carried our bags upstairs. So nice & helpful! The location is great for walking. It's a beautiful building on a beautiful tree lined street. The interior kitchen & shared spaces are very lovely. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would consider noting is that parking is tight. I drove my personal car & it took a minute to find a spot & squeeze in parallel parking. Just let guests know to be ready for that. Was glad to find a spot & have the pass though.

Staff is very helpful. Kitchen stocked with beverages and snacks. Nice breakfast. On a pretty and quiet street.

Do not reserve the basement rooms! There is no in-room control of the temperature. The AC was so strong it was an igloo. I complained and AC was just turned off, so no air at all. The kitchen is directly above your bed. Every morning the sound of squeaky floors, smell of burned croissants. Security is lacking. The only key for the building is the front gate key. The basement rooms are near the laundry, so people are coming at all hours. The neighborhood is unsafe. The price is too high for an unsafe igloo in a basement.

Really great spot , nice room and parking was easy :)

The apartment was really nice, and the rooftop terrace had great view. The breakfast was also good, with many options and drinks available all time. Truly recommend! Also very close to the city center!

Newly constructed property and everything was almost pristine. Comfortable, well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Near CTA train stations and restaurants. Exceeded my expectations!

I loved the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the facilities overall. The kitchen, sitting room, and patio areas were clean and great to hang around. My friends and I appreciated how quiet and comfortable our room was also.

The whole experience was wonderful. Great location, excellent staff and superb accommodations
-
Very clean and well situated. My room was very dark and no natural light. Not clear about breakfast options.
