I booked a premium room with 1 Queen and 1 1 double sofa bed”. When we arrived to the lobby it was empty except for three guys drinking alcohol out of paper bags and vaping directly across from the check in desk. That was my first sign this may not be the right place for me and my daughter. Then we get to the room. The “double sofa bed” was a dirty, stained (with what looked like blood) small leather sofa. This was in no way a double sofa bed. We then looked out the window where our view was disgusting piles of trash and dirty stained sheets. I could not stay there. I didn’t feel safe. We left immediately after explaining to Expedia the issue. I had to book another hotel and Expedia has refused to refund my money despite selling me something I did not get.

I booked the 2 bunk beds+queen bed room and it was great! Clean and the beds were all comfortable. Staff was helpful as well

Kitchen was good. Room was okay. Only problem i couldn't sleep due to train track sound.

Terrible service, incredibly overpriced for the experience. Facility feels unfinished and unwelcoming. The reviews on their site are clearly a lie. Stayed here for the BTS concert absolutely horrible experience! Firstly, the staff is rude. As other reviews have said, there are signs everywhere that say 'no guns', ' no smoking' , 'no assaulting staff' which makes you have to wonder what is going on here that they need all that. I booked through Expedia which makes you purchase their extra 'river north membership' this is supposed to include water bottles, a drink at the bar and a few other things. Apparently, that doesn't apply if you book through Expedia so you just forfeit that money. Okay fine. But you can't even purchase it. Front desk would not sell water to me..... weird. So, room is tiny, layout sucks. The bathroom door doesn't close so hopefully you don't share a room with a stranger. Bunk beds are metal and awful to get down. If you have kids sure but, as an adult you'll probably hurt yourself. There were holes in our room from the decor. They have 3 shampoo options but no body wash. It advertises as having a gym but, there are just two exercise bikes in the basement. The aesthetic is cool, that's essentially all this place has going for. I really wish I had picked another location. Luckily, the company was so good that it can't ruin the trip but Wooow this place is OVERPRICED for how much it sucks.

I was under the impression that the sofa bed would be an actual pull-out sofa bed. It is just a sofa. We were in the premium room with a kitchenette. It states that the room is for four, but the sofa was only big enough for one. I was very confused. I talked to the front desk, and they stated that this was what it was supposed to be. I'm not sure if we were possibly given the wrong room. The hotel website also mentions luggage storage; the luggage storage is literally just carts by the front desk. No security whatsoever. Other than that, everything else was fine. There are bus stops nearby, and the Red Line was about a 15-minute walk. The downstairs communal kitchen was a nice area to hang around. It's a perfectly fine hotel to just sleep and go, and is in a very good area with lots of shopping and food.

Do not book at these properties. Look up this business on Google before you make the mistake of choosing one of their hotels.

Awesome stay! Slept like a baby

Staff is very nice, Was not the normal hotel room you expect, never the less, very clean and accommodating. Had tiny kitchenette with no dishes, silverware, only 2 small chairs with a very small round table for a two bedroom.

The elevator was broken so we had to haul all our heavy items up stairs. I am disabled and they couldn't provide a room on the ground level. You had to pay extra for any amenities. This place was horrible and I will never stay here again. Greatly overpriced!

Clean room. Nothing fancy.

Will stay again

Hotel has potential. Staff wasnt polite or helpful. Trash in hallways at all time. We had to beg for bottled water… not a great experience.

My pillow on my bed was dirty and stained when I check in the receptionist was rude. The door to me room was stuck and wouldn’t fully close unless I pushed it with my body. Not very welcoming I will not be back

Our room was not as advertised. Main concern was the second sleeping area. There is one bed and advertised a second double sofa for sleeping for two people. This turned out to be a regular sized vinyl vintage couch that will definitely only sleep one. If we had four people we would have been out of luck. The room was definitely advertised to sleep four adults. The other major problem is that it advertised being stocked with silverware dishes to eat on and dishes to cook with. So we drove 4 hours away with frozen food. All of our food defrosted because the freezer is 2 in tall. We had no way to cook. We booked through Expedia where it did not mention 125 deposit. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again. Cute decorations. But very basic. Definitely holes in the walls that haven't been fixed. And silly things like no back to the remote control. Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

I thought that I was going to get a room with two queen beds side by side, instead I got a room with bunk beds. Not exactly what I was picturing for our ladies weekend, but we made it work.

The only thing I didn’t like was aside from the deposit hold they put on your card, they charge an extra $70 which gives you the option to check in early or check out late and a $10 dinner voucher but the voucher is at a place outside of the hotel.
-
I like to stay in but the outside window is too small for this type of room.
