Sleep Inn Midway Airport Bedford Park

room was small

The property is old and outdated I’m not certain if I’ve ever seen a tan/brown toilet in my life. The shower floor looked dirty, I waited nearly an hour for a shuttle to the airport upon checking out at 11am exactly. I even asked two different staff about 3 times total between the two was a shuttle coming soon because I had a rental car reservation at the airport to get to. They said their hotel is always the last stop and they don’t have to call the driver. I asked the driver once he arrived close to noon and he said they do NOT come unless they’re called and promoted to by the hotel staff. The picture that advertise the hotel do not match what you get. I only stayed here because I was meeting family in Chicago and they booked there. I’d never stay in there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Great for 1-2 nights. Loved having microwave and fridge in room. Wish they had shower chair for handicapped but otherwise 8/10..

Great experience for the Family or for work.

Mold on showerhead and on shower ceiling, as well as the shower was in very poor shape and needs repainted, the drain of the shower too, wasn't attached and would move if stepped on, exposing the nasty drain full of hair, also random tape on the wall in the room. Breakfast was quite poor as well would not stay again

Nothing I booked for 2 bed but property provides only one bed. They didn’t give refund also. The behavior of the staff of the hotel also very bad.

Bad smell everywhere. Unclean carpets. Hair in the bathroom. No accommodations for babies. Really bad experience! Not even suitable for a 1-night sleep

I've stayed here several times before and heard talk of carpet being changed. Finally hallways were but not rooms which need to be. My room had food crumbs and grease around microwave and plastic film hanging off side and top of refrigerator in stead of being completely pulled off. Having a laundry room great idea but no detergents or quarters available. Breakfast has always been pretty good (my opinion)and the staff kind and helpful as they can be. Overall not a bad stay just a little more attention to detail could make a great difference.

Price was reasonable and shuttle. We enjoyed the breakfast. the bed was comforatble. It was just okay. staff was friendly, it was a budget hotel

I was upgraded to a room at the Fairfield due to overlooking at the Sleep Inn. The room was very nice. Bigger than what I was expecting. I wasn't there long. Appointment at university of Chicago hospital. Location was great. Timing on room door lock was a bit quick. Between scanning card and manipulating door handle. Almost need two hands.
