Good breakfast

Not the fanciest hotel but cozy and felt like home! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with clean and soft sheets. Excellent shower power and hot hot water. Safe area with plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast had lots of options including different breads/bagels with plenty of spreads, assorted cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, pancakes or waffles and assorted tea and coffee. This place is a solid option in Clear Lake - would stay again.

Outlets didn't work no glasses or Kleenex in the room just a horrible experience this time around

Every staff member I met were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to help me with my questions. They were very attentive and seemed to enjoy their job. Excellent customer service!

Fairly quiet as compared to similar facilities. Very clean. Polite staff. Seating for breakfast somewhat limited. Plan on staying here again.

We've stayed at this property before. It's well maintained. The location is convenient to downtown Clear Lake and the Surf Ballroom. Although the property has a pool, we've never used it. The hot breakfast is good. My husband liked the biscuits and gravy.

Clean rooms and clean property. Free parking with plenty of spots. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was so/so. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Everything was super clean. The Jacuzzi works great perfect temperature and the pool is also heated. They have great channels. It’s really close walking distance to places to eat.. and the lady that does the breakfast in the morning goes above and beyond.. all in all 10 out of 10 and I will be staying there again

Hotel was an older property but clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated breakfast.

The staff was friendly! But I booked 2 queen rooms, but when we checked in it was 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 room with 1 king bed,luckily this worked out that we had a couple not able to stay. The beds were okay, but the pillows were absolutely awful. Our room was very hot and turning the ac on hardly cooled our room.

Room and bath were meticulous! The hot breakfast buffet was very well supplied and tasty. The location is great and both the building and grounds are well kept. Would stay here again without the least bit of hesitation

Pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. Key cards kept malfunctioning.

Lots of choices for breakfast, set up very well

Breakfast was awesome. We were there for the triatholon and the gentleman setting it up did it a little early because he wanted it to be available. Small gesture, amazing service! Would stay at this hotel again.

As a older person did not feel safe in & out The place was not cleaned one night We had to ask After that yes They took away old soap & did not leave any new

the pool and hot tub were great. it's in a nice town with some good restaurants. we were there for a downtown festival with a bandstand, classic car show, and food trucks, all adjacent to the lakefront. the town is conveniently located about half way along our long drive. the parking spaces were a little tight and there were lots of pickups squeezed in.

The rooms, specifically around the vanity and room door can use some additional lighting.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good recommend the cheesy omelettes. Quiet area and very nice pool and hot tub. My family myself included really enjoyed our two day stay. Will return if we are in the area again!

First room I was given had an odor in the bathroom, as well as there furniture was worn. I mentioned it to the staff at the desk and she apologized as well as cheerfully found me another room which was clean and well maintained.
