Great for what it is. It's not the Marriott, but if you just want a comfortable bed and shower, it satisfies. AC blew fine and kept me comfortable all night. Breakfast options consisted of fresh-made waffle maker, small yogurts, juices, cereal, shrink-wrapped bagels and pastries, and apples. Perhaps a couple of other items I missed. Elevator worked great. Candy vending machine available, but I didn't indulge in that. Abundant parking and 24/7 staffed front desk. I checked in at 3am and it was no problem.

Beds bumpy

The room was really warm and smelly when we first got there, but some air conditioning and the fan we brought from home helped that. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were a little firm but mostly comfortable.

Checked in, walk into room, dead roach on bathroom floor, told front desk and got switched rooms, new room bathroom fan dont work, fire alarm goes off at 630 in morning and wont turn off, have to pull off and hand to front desk, now checking in for smaller room. Not looking forward to it.

Definitely needs some updates and maintenance. Bathtub repairs. Window screens. Put more than one set of towels in the room.

Small room which was clean enough but could have been better. Between the fridge, air conditioner and outside, it was almost too noisy to sleep. The ac worked decently even though it was noisy. The shower did not have much pressure at all so I couldn't wash my hair. All of the outside glass was dirty. The hotel needs to be thoroughly scoured and scrubbed.

Everything was clean and maintained. The breakfast was great. Staff was helpful.

Older property with limited useful plugs. The refrigerator wasn't working, after plugging it in the other outlet it worked. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

Excellent value for the price, convenient to dining in the area.

The only thing missing was a pool which we knew before we arrived. It was nice to see the owner has forethought and is actively working to improve his establishment. We, along with those we observed, were welcomed in a friendly, efficient manner upon arrival into the main entrance. Hallways, the elevator, and other public spaces were clean and orderly. The rooms were clean, thoughtful arranged, and well maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options; both hot and cold. I always love when there is a waffle maker as an option. Our party did have a request during our stay which was graciously and quickly fulfilled. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend to others.

Breakfast was disappointing. Sunny C, really? Orange juice would have improved the rating. Bed was super comfortable. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Fake OJ.

Friendly staff, clean room.

I loved everything about my stay with my dog. There’s a very large grassy area to wander with a couple of trees. Many eating establishments within walking distance and a short drive for shopping in Mason City. Nice breakfast variety. Friendly courteous check in. I would definitely stay again. Only one thing made it less than perfect. My room was next to the machines (ice, beverage, etc) and something made ALOT of noise. So next time I’ll request a room on the other end.

Room was clean. bed was comfortable. Very convenient and places to eat right there. Easy parking. I would definitely recommend it!

It's basic but clean. The bed was ok but not that comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again if I was planning ahead, but it would do in a pinch.

It was a clean affordable hotel. Breakfast was nice. Staff was great. The bathtub had a large unidentifiable stain in it. I didn’t use the tub or shower.
