Best Western Holiday Lodge

Proximity to Bennigan’s restaurant was great so I didn’t have to venture out for dinner after arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was good but staff struggled a little to keep up with the number of guests. My only real complaint is that the bed was not comfortable as it seemed I could feel the springs.

Nice a clean rooms - a little smaller but it wasn’t any issues. Great and friendly staff and breakfast was the best.

In decline for several years, likely won't maintain a BW Charter but who knows? This hotel is basically a one night stopover for linemen and utilities workers. Not a first option by any stretch but very slim pickings around.

Need door openers on front entrance.

It was a quick overnight. This was our 2nd time staying here. Very convenient stop for us.

Beds were great, fresh clean linens and very comfortable. Staff is excellent. It’s a good value but it ain’t the Waldorf.

Warning: The carpet in the room is OLD. Your shoes stick to it when you walk. I used a bath towel as a rug next to the bed and never walked directly on the carpet. The carpet stunk. I've smelled way worse but it does smell unpleasant. Staff was pleasant but I won't stay here next trip. Between needing 4 cops and the carpet, I'll toss the dice at a different hotel next time. Maybe a bnb?

Annex building rooms need dehumidifiers.

Staff was very pleasant and seemed happy as they worked. Breakfast was sad. Crumbly biscuits, cold eggs.

Location Staff not good Benigans was so slow and waitress never checked on us and I got my food after everyone was done eating and there was barely any breakfast left and there was still an hour and half left no pancakes no biscuits eggs and sausage were cold and were almost gone and never saw any staff

Staffs were kind and efficient

Wait in line to check in, the walk-in couple ahead of us get a king on top floor. Then proceeds to tell me there are no available rooms left matching what I reserved, king top floor. She puts us in a room that smells like a wet dog and next to a room with someone who yelled and slammed doors at random times. Awful, never again. Unless you like wet dog smell mixed with smokers cologne and paper thin walls…do not stay here. Way too high priced for poor quality.

Beds were uncomfortable. Some of the staff were very rude. Bath drained extremely slow in our room. Smelled horrible. A guy was cleaning the ACs and he told me "should have smelled it before I did, it was worse!"

I was disappointed in the full breakfast because the pancake machine was not working and the first morning I went down. They were out of food.

The location was good. Staff was friendly. The AC was noisy. The A/C filter was dirty, making the air quality very poor. The bathroom floor was slippery and greasy feeling, like it had been mopped with the same mop used in the kitchen. We were not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet.
