Staff were pleasant and helpful. Paid valet parking.

Room was spacious and very clean, and location to Case was great. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

needed to be downtown early and the Courtyard was right where we wanted to be. Comfortable room, quiet. Less expensive than the HI Intercontinental. Just needed a good nites sleep and we got it. Parking at $27 is a bit steep but it ws pointed out AFTER I made the reservation. Nothing is cheap, Restaurants within walking distance and breakfast available at the Courtyard

Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.

The property was clean and modern and my room was quiet and adequately appointed. However, I was very disappointed that a hot premium coffee was only available for a fee. I am an avid traveler (ie. U.S., Central & South America, Europe and Africa.)In every hotel that I have stayed, fresh hot coffee has been available without a charge. In this Marriott Envoy (Cleveland) there was a small coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar and powdered creamer in the room. Considering the total room cost for the one room for one night was $506.63, I feel that a complimentary premium coffee should have been provided at either a coffee station or the outer dining room. Going forward, I doubt I will ever choose a Marriott property again. Too many other choices to considered that do their best to satisfy the travelers . Never again!

Right next to University hospital. Friendly staff and food options in the lobby. Functional laundry facilities. Needs more USB and usb-c plugs by the bed.

There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues.
