Beautiful hotel, love all the woodwork and style! Great staff and the shuttle was great getting back and forth to Cleveland Clinic. John was a great driver, very prompt!

Everyone at the Tudor Arms was super warm and helpful, but the property itself is a little run-down. When we visited, the front door was inaccessible by car due to construction, the lobby was very hot with vainly laboring fans, and the computer system was down, adding to the feeling that the once-glamorous building has seen better days. The room was sparse and oddly laid out, as though the modern hotel was at war with the historic building. The restaurant was subpar and the coffee undrinkable, though we had some great cocktails from a talented and hospitable bartender upstairs. Again, everyone working there was awesome. They kindly comped our parking and breakfast because of the computer situation, which I'm hugely grateful for! But overall I was expecting a more luxurious place.

Our room was littered with gravel and cookie crumbs.

All staff encountered were excellent, polite and engaged. It is an old property. Updates have been done but weak water pressure, coffee pot leaves a lot to be desired since not one for pods. Had 2 cup at a time option but filled to max water line made 1 1/2. Also only 2 coffee packets limited to 1 cup each. Good charging and outlet options on nightstands.

Clean room

Has only one bar that serves food

Room was filthy. Long black hair laying across the lamp. Dust bunnies accumulated on baseboards and slats of bathroom door. Felt very disgusting to be in the room.
-
Great hotel with a wonderful historical feel, a kind and helpful staff, and located near the Cleveland Museum of Art. I would definitely stay again!
-
The room was very clean-nice big bed and flat screen TV. The A/C worked great. They also had a nice breakfast buffet as well.

The room was filthy. Not clean. The floor in the bathroom was so dirty we kept our shoes on from the time we stepped out of bed to the time we stepped on the bath towel for a shower. This was long term filth that took years to build up. The toilet was literally broken and glued back together and bathroom shelves were broken off of the wall. I am amazed that this hotel had 10/10 and 8/10 cleanliness ratings and I suspect that the ratings were created by hotel workers. Additionally the room next to ours had dirty sneakers a dust pan and a broom sitting at the door for our entire stay and someone had entered and exited that room.

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was very chaotic but they were polite. Check in process was very slow. The room was dirty. The ac units filter was solid with dust. I cleaned it rather than breath it in all night. Ac was working at about 20% of capacity. The curtains to the windows were completely open with the sun heating the room beyond comforrable. There was rust on the metal desk lamp and mold in the bathroom. The overall decor was old and tired needing a solid update. $22 dollars to self park my car. I am unable to recomend this hotel and will not return.

Hotel room shows some wear, it’s an old building. Room size is good and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is very small and hardly any counter space. You have to close the doors in order to use the sink. AC couldn’t keep up with the sun coming through the very large windows. Staff brought us a box fan to help with the heat.

Bathroom could have been cleaner

The architecture of the building is absolutely beautiful. The people that work at the front desk are not pleasant whatsoever. They hate their job and you can tell. Very uninviting. This was an afternoon shift about 2 PM.
