Great room for a long stay…5 days!

Very good breakfast with warm foods including waffles, eggs and sausages amongst others!

Great hotel! Clean and convenient

Next was the issue we had with cleaning. We were told that the room would receive a "refresh" every three days. We were there 6 nights and they did not clean our room once. We ended up having to take out our own trash and flag down one of the cleaners to get more towels and a single extra trash bag. The pool, while cold, was enjoyable though at one point there was a notable sewer-gas smell permeating the pool room, seemingly from one of the deck drains. This issue only occurred once so may have been dealt with by maintenance? The complimentary breakfast was good; the front desk was very nice and provided things like extra coffee pods or breaking bills for change to use the guest laundry. The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. I also really appreciated the smart TVs so I wasn't stuck watching basic cable like at a lot of hotels.

The staff were welcoming and happy. Such a pleasure. Excellent bed and great shower. We enjoyed "happy hour". Lovely, clean place to stay.

Overall the property was fine. It was nice to have complementary breakfast. The front desk staff wasn’t very knowledgeable. We asked about local /public transportation a few times and it seems like everyone’s answer was “I’m not from this area so I’m not really sure.” Also we opted for housekeeping every other day (it was a three day stay) and on the day we were supposed to have our room cleaned we went out during the morning and came back after 2pm only to find the room still hadn’t been cleaned. When we asked we were told that the priority was making up rooms for incoming guests. Not exactly what you want to hear when you’re shelling out over $1200 for a three night stay.

Everything was great the only thing I would say is make sure they have enough towels and bedding for the sofa bed before you settle down we stayed in a room for 6 and there were only towels for 2.

Location is great for museums and hospitals. We didn’t stay long but for those who need to, it is set up very nicely. The breakfast was pretty average (not that I disliked it, but) and the pool was nice but way too cold! So just minor quibbles.

Great stay, large room, wonderful breakfast.

Nice location with easy parking on site. Rooms were well appointed, but the “Accessible” room had no grab bars for the toilet and shower making it difficult for my brother to use. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety, but the automatic sliding front entrance makes a very loud, horrible screech whenever anyone enters or leaves the building. Totally ruins the atmosphere in the bar, lobby and breakfast area. The only other issue we had was that a dog in one of the adjacent rooms barked constantly for at least an hour both nights of our stay while we trying to sleep.
