Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center

Location was ok if u have a car. Housekeeping was terrible. Does not understand a basic room turnover. Example no refill of bath soap, coffee machine still had previous guests filter, no new coffee, shower had hair. Bed bugs in the blanket. Was on a 3 week US & this was the worst hotel.

Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. Gym is nice. Hotel location is on the edge of residential areas but close to medical facilities, so it felt safe. Cute little coffee and crepes place around the corner too. Hotel breakfast was good - eggs, meat, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, etc. Overall solid 4/5. Would return if I visit Cleveland again.

Decent breakfast, with some good, healthy choices available

Reserved a King bed room only to be given two queens and they called it an upgrade. Review would have been great if I was given what I paid for. Clerk said hotel oversold and none available even though reservations were made over a month ago.

The property was very nice, clean and updated. Staff was great. We look forward to staying again.

Location was great for what I needed. Breakfast was good. Somehow a room that should have cost $199.75, including tax, was charged to my visa for $250!!!! Instructions weren't clear on where to park or cost for parking. I had to go back and move my car. The staff gave no info on wifi until I asked. I had to ask about breakfast. They just handed me the card for my room. There weren't ice machines. Bed wasn't comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off since April. When I had my surgery and I had to stay extra days, they were very accomidating to my significant other. I absolutly love this hotel. Very good breakfast. Excellent shuttle driver. Very clean. Comfortable beds. I can't say enough good about it.

We booked this room in part because of the advertised free shuttle only to find that it only runs M-F. Door to our room was left ajar when we arrived. Otherwise decent stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good. However, the breakfast was quite basic with limited options. I also noticed that some of the milk provided had passed its expiration date. In addition, the quality of the breakfast did not match what was shown in the hotel's online photos.

Just Book it. Nice and Clean for the stay. All attractions are near by to the Hotel.

Room was fantastic for myself, my boyfriend, and pup! Was easy to walk to the Cleveland Clinic from the hotel. Parking was easy and the dog area was super close for when my pup conveniently needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating! Will gladly stay here again in the future when I have more appointments. Room was very clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need.

hotel’s bar was supposed to serve food until 11:00 PM, but I was told at 9PM that the “kitchen was closed.” Surrounding restaurants in the neighborhood were also closed.
