The people at the front desk was super helpful with public transport information, the housekeeping was nice, and even the security in the lobby was friendly. First time in Cleveland and I loved the experience!

Very quiet hotel. Some of the floors are used for patients in a sleep study at the Cleveland Clinic. It seemed my fellow travelers were more interested in sleep than loud parties.

Amazing hotel valet parking was very nice and hotel very clean

Room was clean and luxurious! Staff was friendly! The Valet parking was easy. I got my car multiple times and it never took more than 10 mins.

Doing construction during the course of our 2 day stay. Super loud super annoying. Wish we would have known she’s of time would have e stayed somewhere else. But the room was pretty nice

The rooms are really dated and need some cosmetic improvements. The ice machine on the first 3 floors did not work so you have to travel to floors 4-8 for ice. The floors in the bathroom and kitchenette were sticky and our house shoes were sticking to the floors. Breakfast was way overpriced so we had to leave for food in the morning. Self parking is 3 blocks away and $12 per day with no in and out privileges. Minimal accommodations.

The room was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and it was quiet. We were only going to stay the night but decided to extend our stay a day. Very nice.

The staff the night of our arrival was incredibly kind and thoughtful, I arrived ~2 am with my teenage daughter after a LONG drive, they made such a difference!
