The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, parking a breeze. Breakfast was OK but very very busy.

The the facilities were very clean. I enjoyed the colors of the rooms and the building. The staff was very good, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped

The tissue paper box was empty as well as the body wash in the shower. TV stopped working the second day. It is was sort of fixed by lower a box from behind. Room key also stopped working after having used it for th fitness center.

Staff was friendly and attentive, had an issue with the A/C and someone came right up to help with it. Room was clean and very nice. Good breakfast.

The hotel was fine. It's not fancy but it was clean and serviceable. Breakfast was bare bones and the pillows were lumpy. One elevator was completely broken, the other was moving slow and making weird noises. Staff was friendly and doing their best. Common area of the hotel is very nice and pleasant to hang out in. Parking is easy and free. The problem we had is we got bumped from the room we booked to a room that did not meet our needs. They said it was because we booked with Expedia that they could do that. In several years of booking this same hotel through other means this has never happened so I don't think I will book using Expedia again.

Room darkening shade was broke and could only use sheer.

One of the best kept and cleanest places we have stayed! On top of a great staff! Jay checked us and was super kind and helpful!

It was very close to downtown. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The immediate area surrounding the hotel isn’t the nicest. I didn’t feel comfortable walking more than a block or two.
-
Quiet area. Clean Bed was pretty uncomfortable
