Steve at front desk was very friendly and helpful with sightseeing recommendations.

Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags.

Bed was very comfortable and good temperature control for room that allowed me to sleep great. Convenient parking and 1 mile away from Cleveland clinic.

Basic amenities were lacking too—the towels provided had visible holes, the sink in the room was leaking as well and no drinking water was left in our room, which felt unacceptable for an all-inclusive package. The food quality was also poor, which was a letdown since dining is usually a highlight of this type of stay. Overall, the hotel's amenities didn't meet a good standard, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to guest comfort and satisfaction. Would I recommend it? Unfortunately, no. If you're considering this property, I'd suggest checking recent reviews closely and requesting a room inspection at check-in, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind.

Myself and my daughter were bitten by bed bugs. We called and informed the hotel but looks like they cared less. we come to Cleveland every year and this hotel could have been good. close to our venue

Very clean. Tv picture was hard to see and dark. Refrigerator did not get cold. They told us we could keep our food in a community refrigerator in the lobby. Will not stay there again.

I would suggest adding more trash cans in the room

Staff was welcoming, friendly and most helpful w information about the area.

This hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to major highways, downtown, medical/university/arts districts, etc. Ample, free parking. Free breakfast is standard fare; suggest getting enough to take edge off morning hunger and then go find real breakfast at any of the nearby local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

For the price, we expected the basics — but the tissue box was empty and the blackout blinds were stuck halfway, so the sun made sure we were up bright and early in the morning. Small things, but hard to overlook at this price point.

Everything was good!

Breakfast was the usual. Everybody was amazing. Close to Cleveland clinic. The staff also helped us with offers for my other stays as I continue my care with Cleveland clinic
