Overall, the location of the hotel was a little off putting. Being out of town, we didn’t know what to expect so driving in at night was slightly concerning as the neighborhood looked sketchy. The room was average at best. The sheet didn’t fit properly so the mattress became exposed after a night of sleep, which I don’t like. The bathroom looked old. The building generally felt old. The lobby was nice, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly. Overall, we spent too much for an average hotel but were avoiding even higher prices downtown.

Overall not a bad hotel. There system was down so we could not get our key to our room for the first night (We had to have someone take us to our room). As well as I was forced to write down a credit card on a piece of paper for a security deposit since there system was down, which I did not like. TV was nice, shower was spacious, bed was comfy. Blinds didn't roll up all the way and fridge did not get very cold. 5/10 maybe a 6/10.

The hotel was nice overall. When we arrived it was very warm in the lobby and continued to be throughout our stay. It's like there was no air conditioning, but it was working throughout the rest of the building thankfully. The breakfast was on par with most hotel breakfasts. We didn't have any issues with our room.

Arrived late from a road trip and they could not provide room keys. Toilet ran all night. Staff was advised of the issue and never fixed it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good. It took a while to replenish some of the food but overall everything was worth it. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel has quiet hours which is great.

I haven’t seen any place like this. There’s no coffee machine or microwave in the room. It’s very inconvenient to go all the way to front desk every single time if you need hot water or heat up your food. I booked a king size bed room and the bed is king size with a queen size mattress. The staff who checked us in was not helpful at all. They said there was only one crib in the hotel which was surprisingly weird. That one crib was already in use. I will definitely be taking my business to some other hotel.

Nice place to stay. Lots of parking and free WiFi were appreciated. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean, large, colorful. Pretty easy to get where we needed to go from there.

The motel was nice enough but when we got off on the fourth floor there were mop buckets setting around where the ceiling had been leaking. We just had to walk around them is all. We weren’t offered bottles of water that was setting there and the website seem to suggest they have waffles which they did not. The air/heat was also jacked up somehow. I have never seen an air unit that also had a thermostat on the wall, therefore I could not just turn on the fan,(I like to have constant noise when I go to sleep) so I had to turn on the air which kept kicking off and on. But otherwise it was a nice place. I love the color scheme they use, it was a cute place.

Hotel was perfect for a one night stay clean comfortable beds.

Very clean room, accessible shower, some toiletries provided, easy to sign into my streaming apps, lots of variety to buy snacks at front desk, walkable to some great cafes.

The pillows could be improved, as they were not very comfortable and didn’t provide adequate support. In addition, the fitted sheets would not stay in place and kept riding up during the night, almost as if they were too small for the mattress. Addressing these two issues would make the sleeping experience much more comfortable and enhance an otherwise excellent stay.

There was no comforter on one of the beds and in place of it was a mattress pad. So, I had to call front desk and come down and pick up one. The body wash was empty, so I had to shower with hand soap the first night.

Check in was terrific, no issues, staff was courteous and professional. The hotel looked great, real welcoming. Bed time-I had a very difficult time falling asleep. The mattress seemed old and worn. I could feel every spring, it was not comfortable. Not like the Hilton collection. When we ( my daughter and myself) went down to Breakfast that's where the courtesy and professionalism stopped. The pancake maker was not working, another guest informed us that it was broken and they were getting them from the back. My Daughter and I grab a plate and went to the pantry door and saw a woman place her barehand on the microwaved pancakes to feel if they were hot. I asked her if she was bringing out pancake or do we come back here for you to give them to us. Her response was to laugh at me and walk right by. To which I asked her, did you just laugh and not answer the question. We had no idea because there was no sign, no one was there to instruct, instead She chose to laugh. A simple response of I'll bring them out when they're done would have been just fine. Now let's talk about her handling the food without gloves. She was the only one taking care of the breakfast area which means she was cleaning tables and touching food. Thanks Dee, I believe that was her name because it was written on the dry erase board near the broken pancake machine, for an awful final impression of the hotel, before we checked into The Cleveland Clinic. Maybe Hospitality isn't for Dee?

Overall it wasn't bad for the price. Just had issues at checkin where nobody was at the front desk for almost 15 minutes. I even called and it rang and rang right in front of me but still no answer. After those issues, we had issues with breakfast the next day but the place was clean, staff was nice and even celebrated with us our engagement and the room was comfortable.
