The room was nice and clean. Food was good.

The room was clean and inviting. My only issue with the hotel was the noisy guests with children running up and down the hall screaming after midnight. I recognize this is not the hotel's fault, but it was quite annoying.

I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn virtually on the Cleveland Clinic's campus. I saved almost $100 per night compared to the "Big Brand" name hotels nearby. Yes, there are some differences, but they were not a big deal. What caused me to rate the Hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was the indifferent woman who checked me in. She did her job, but that's it. Apparently smiling and making a guest feel welcome is not in the job description. I felt like I was inconveniencing her in asking about when the Clevealand Clinic's shuttle stopped in front. Still, I would stay at this property to save $100 per night. Also, it took 15 minutes to get my car back from the overnight valet service the hotel uses which is a long time to wait. I've never waited more than 5 minutes at the Big Brand hotels nearby.

The hotel was very well maintained the inside was very nice, but the parking was poor. You had to park all the way down the street in a parking garage or pay $25 for valet. The breakfast buffet was also on the pricey side.

Love free shuttle to Cleveland Clinic.
-
Bar drinks nice size not expensive. Ppl polite.. valet parking is better off use then to walk 5 blocks to garage.

It was a place to sleep for the night. There was toe nail clippings on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, the refrigerator had mold in it, and there was condensation running down the walls. Overall it was overpriced and not very clean. It's valet only which is an extra charge. But that's a catch 22 if it's a like or dislike because there was bars in front of all the doors and windows of every building in the surrounding area so the valet kept our vehicle safe.
-
Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic from Hotel and back was so helpful.
-
Only downfall was no public parking no option but to pay for valet for 26 dollars.
-
The room was lovely and it was so nice to have a full restaurant in the hotel, after a long day having to find somewhere to get dinner in the last thing on my mind. The only downside is there is no parking on the property unless you valet, which we ending up having to do as the parking garage is down the block. Overall a great experience. If we had to come back to Cleveland, we would stay again.

Quiet and very comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty.
