TV didn’t work, air conditioning thermostat didn’t work (got very hot in the room before it started, set at 70 degrees F), room not ready.

Clean hotel, no weird smells! Indoor pool was well maintained and hot tub was clean. Late pool hours was great for us too since we checked in so late! Hotel provides towels too! Breakfast was good. Nice location.

The location was so perfect. 3 restaurants just in front of the hotel... And just off the interstate on a convenient highway... Loved the place!

I reported to the hotel that the toliet did not flush. We had to use the lobby toilet while we were there. Also, $67.00 charge for my puppy to stay in her crate. UGH.

My family stayed here in 2 rooms over the course of a 4 day weekend stay. This Country Inn and Suites was excellent! The place was clean, well kept, had a great breakfast spread and had all the working amenities as described. The location is just 15 mins outside of Downtown Des Moines and works well for traveling around the area.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in the Des Moines region. The staff I encountered were ridiculously friendly, including the cleaning staff! I didn’t like that I only stayed 1 night! I gladly would have stayed the entire weekend! Obviously this was my own schedule and nothing to do with the hotel.

We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch area. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast room and a variety of food choices. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Actually I Loved the pillows! I felt the price was reasonable for the nice establishment. I’ve stayed cheaper places but of course those establishments were dated and no complimentary breakfast.

The pool was good for lap swimming and it opened at 5 am so I could have a quiet morning swim.before the kiddos showed up
