Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. A/C worked well to cool the room and eliminate the slight musty smell when first walking in the room. The breakfast was a minimal continental style. The staff was friendly and it was easily accessible from the interstate. Will definitely stay again when visiting the state fair.

Took a long time to get checked in. No one in line but well over 15 minutes and already paid for you. The bathroom was very clean and the showerhead and fixture needs to be replaced. We finally got some water to come out but it didn’t drain well either. It was late when we got back from the fair so needed a shower. They did say “sorry” in the morning. The blanket had a burnt hole in it. The main plus was the bed was comfortable. The chair was pretty tattered. Needs a good cleaning. I rented 2 rooms for our party and the other room’s shower worked. It was room 240 that had the issues.

Hotel is rated at 2 stars. I would say that is a fair assessment. Nothing fancy. Clean place to crash out for the night. Room was clean. Air conditioner said it was set on 70, but room felt like 76-78 when we walked in. Set to around 65 and finally got cooled down. Multiple tiles in bathroom floor were cracked and fractured. Could be felt moving when walking on them. Shower had little pressure when turned hot enough to be comfortable. Bed had a flexing metal sound when initially laying down or rolling over. Breakfast was mostly cereal, toast, and waffles. Didn't see any warm food. Staff was friendly at late check in. Overall just okay. Not a place to avoid at all costs, not a place I would recommend as great. Clean, safe place to stay for a night.

Food left in halls and garbage in parking lot. Room was pretty clean except air conditioner unit filter was filthy. I cleaned it.

AC worked good, room was quiet and dark, plenty of hot water. I asked for a shower chair- not available. Rear parking lot lights were not working . Room and bedding had a weird smell .

Lies and said I had 5+ people in the room and is now refusing to give me my deposit this hotel is a scam dog/cat hair on the couch and bedding , refuse to give me more when asked , very rude , very inconsiderate they need to be out of business.

I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. I would definitely say again.

They been pushing on day i was about to checkout and i did check out on Wednesday instead of Thursday so is there any way i can get credit for 1 night ?

The room was clean, only damage was in the hallways. Overall it was good for a one night stay.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast options were very plentiful though

The outside of the property and the area would have inferred it was a nice location. It was I Erin by people living in the rooms, BBQs sitting outside on the lawn areas. At 5AM I was woken up by a lady walking the halls knocking on all the doors screaming help. My dog was frightened all night because of the loud “tenants” and we didn’t get any rest. I would like a refund.

Nothing special or fancy but priced appropriately for the amenities offered. Good staff and service. Good location. A/C blew cold.

The sheets were dirty air conditioner didn’t work good and the breakfast was not properly ready waffle machine was off I will never stay here again

By midday the manager was knocking on my door to check and see if I was okay. He went above and beyond for me!

Smells weird, could use air freshener in the rooms
