It's your basic hotel and does what's expected. There is no continental breakfast so that was a bummer.

No free breakfast, ice machine didn’t work and they made you leave the court yard at 10PM

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. They suggested that I sign up for the rewards program so they could waive the parking fee. The hotel room was clean and all amenities worked great. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very dirty room (hairs everywhere, spots on mirror, gross), smelled like mildew in the main room, smelled like pee in the bathroom, then had issue with door/lock and couldn’t close the door. Asked for another room and the front desk person didn’t acknowledge me until I said something (busy looking at pizza making videos on her phone) - I asked for a new room, told her the issues, and she didn’t apologize or anything. The second room was a little better but still gross for a Marriott. This place is very old and rundown. I worked for Marriott in the past and know their standards - this one was far below but still came with a big price tag. Yuck.

Check-in and check-out took a long time and there was no line. Our room was not clean. There was hair in our sink, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and stinky, there were soap lines on the bathtub edges where someone had some soap or bottles from a previous stay. The hotel was very loud. We could hear people talking loudly and running up and down the halls by our room and overhead. We would not stay there again.

Was very busy due to softball nationals. Was not staffed well at all. Pool area never had towels. Breakfast was never stocked well. Rooms were very small.

No breakfast!!! Parking 7.50 nightly! Not good

There is a Starbucks inside that's only open for 3 hours but they closed earlier. You have to pay $7 for parking but there is no room to park. Breakfast is closed by 8am just a heads up. The room was so dusty and toilet was running the whole time. Plus the bed was super hard.

No free breakfast! 7.50 charge nightly for parking! No hand soap or body lotion available 😡😡😡most hotels provide hand soap at the sink and body lotion. I’ve only ever paid to park in places like Las Vegas where parking is very limited- huge parking lots and only less than 10 cars parked

We were charged a parking fee. There was nothing on our confirmation receipt about the fee. After we checked in the front desk person handed us a parking flyer to place in our window and told us it would be $7.00 to use the parking lot. I would expect a parking fee for a full service hotel in a downtown setting, but this was a convenience motel in a suburb of a small city in Iowa. Hidden fee...inexcusable

I’m the room we stayed the hot water was so hot it burnt my toe. I informed the front desk to let them know and he really couldn’t care less. I wanted them to know for next guest that stayed there. It could really harm a child.

This hotel was very nice. We made this reservation last minute because another hotel we were supposed to stay in was absolutely disgusting. This hotel was a 1000% upgrade!
