Staff were very sweet and helpful

I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the many offerings available for breakfast. However, the in room coffee maker did not work. The soap dispenser and the shampoo dispenser in the shower were both empty . . . very frustrating when soaking wet!

Clean room and friendly staff

No room service of any kind. You have to get your own towels, toilet paper, toiletries and even when you remind them to come freshen up the sheets or beddings for 3 nites. They don't show up. They're very prompt to remind guests to get out though.

It took 10 hours to fix our toilet after going down to the front desk multiple times to ask them to fix it and they continuously would not fix it.

Room smelled and stains on chair.

Not the worst hotel but attention to detail is lacking. There were was a toothbrush from a prior guest on top of a photo in our room. Also the walls in the bathroom had some globs on them. The rooms had a musty smell and our young girls complained. The staff was hard to understand and tried to multitask jobs leading to long check in and outs. Okay if you are going to stay one night, but I wouldn't recommend more than that.

It was mediocre at best. In terms of waste, bugs, and grime it was clean. In terms of dust dirt and stains it was less so. The breakfast was technically there but not much. I’d try my luck with a different hotel given the opportunity, but it worked for a night.

Room was great. Iron, microwave and refrigerator available. Air conditioner worked well. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.. didn't realize until I was in shower... they brought some right up. Great breakfast options.

Breakfast was closed at 0900. This is too early. Every other motel I’ve stayed at goes to 0930.

Over all the stay was really good. Room was clean, AC worked GREAT! Beds were very comfortable. Staying on the side that faces the freeway the windows could be better. I'm pretty sure you could count the number of cars and trucks going by without ever looking out the window.

Mold was in my room, I accidentally reserved a accessible room Diti refused to give me a different room at time of check in. She is rude!

Nice rooms and a wonderful breakfast. It's still mostly what you would expect from a LA Quinta breakfast but little touches like fruit garnishes for waffles or a yogurt machine. Good for them.

Staff barely speaks English. They do not maintain the property like one would expect them to considering they are a chain hotel that charges premium rates. The men's bathroom by the pool is used to store boxes and furniture but not labeled as closed. Our bathroom door did not lock. There was mold all over the shampoo dispenser. We were given only 2 bath towels and the shampoo was nearly empty on the first night of our stay. The meat and eggs at breakfast did not have a heat source to keep it warm so it was room temp within minutes of being put out. There was a person living out of a car in the back of the property and multiple people lingering around the property who were not guests. I rode up the elevator with a member of the staff bringing a large amount of rice and fruit in a hotel laundry cart to a room on the 3rd floor, so they are cooking meals in a 3rd floor room? Avoid this place at all costs, I did not feel safe having my family stay there.

Room and hallways dirty and the room stunk!!! Guy at reception was too busy with earbuds on playing video games in some chat room to notice if the place was burning down! Would never stay at a Wyndham again!
