The kitchen at the pool closed at 6 pm on a Holiday (4th of July), despite the pool being open until 11 PM. Nothing else to eat at the property until breakfast. Although the booking was for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Rooms are clean and remodeled. Property is nice.

The hotel is well situated for walking access to restaurants and a 20-30 minute Uber to Miami Beach. Staff were very professional, nice, and helpful. The views from the pool floor are beautiful.

The hidden parking fee was a surprise.

The lobby is a goos size, several elevators and they are quick. Short walk to the Cocowalk, shopping and restaurant district. The park and restaurant across the street. Nothing not to like. maybe the decor can be freshened up in the rooms that's all I can think oh and the leaky iron that is always frustrating

The location is great! Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room was much bigger than expected and the kitchen was great! Nothing

Room and pool. Breakfast was nothing to rave about.

Fully stocked kitchen (full size stove/oven, full size microwave oven, full size fridge and full size dishwasher. Fantastic view overlooking Biscayne Bay. Reasonable parking within building. Nothing. No complaints at all.

But it’s in a great location, a lot of cute shops, and restaurants nearby!

Location. Small quibble. The phone (hard line) in the roomwas not working and perhaps the shades might be a little bit darker.

Very clean room and amazing amenities The view is wow Water bottles in the room and coffee machine What I didn’t like was the person at front desk for check in (unwelcoming and sarcastic)
