Staff was nice Very dirty most of the rooms electrical didn’t work and the pool was peeling at the bottom overall was not clean

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Lori was so helpful and nice and great personality The only thing I didn't like was the entrance. I feel it needs a bigger sign and bigger entrance.

Our room was NOT cleaned properly before arrival. Hair in the shower, and you won’t believe it but a bloody pillow!!!

The staff was nice. The room was not clean. Looked like there was blood on the floor near the sink. Ac unit was loud. Outlets did not work had to make coffee on the floor to use the outlet that worked.

However due to a large "family reunion" we were unable to use the pool any evening and unable to get breakfast 3/4 mornings. We went to us the hot tub and there was NAKED toddler in it by himself and 15 + 300lb people in the pool. We were no longer interested in using the hot tub. Then it was "closed for cleaning" the rest of our stay which was no surprise. The family reunion group hogged, blocked and loitered in the breakfast area blocking all seats for a couple hours every morning. The also ate all the food, and kept eating in faster than the staff could replace it. The also blocked our kids in line to allow other members of the group to continue to use the waffle maker and toaster. We just gave up each morning.

The showers were not draining, in any of the rooms.

The door to get in the room was jammed so it made it hard to get in and out.

In the room: Both locks to secure the window did not work. Beds and general area was clean Could use some updating Bathroom: I was provided 1 towel for a 3 night stay. Towels could be requested but would it be too much to provide more than 1? The bathtub was in desperate need of a remodel, new paint. Outside the room: Staff was friendly Elevator is in need of replacement/repair. Skreaching noise as you go down was alarming. Overall not sure I’d stay here again but for the cost and a place to lay my head- it was fine for what I needed.

The tub did not drain properly. It felt like we were showering in a pond. There seems to be no quiet time, it was Loud throughout the night. A lot of door slamming. Staff were decent however the hotel was not up to part.

Very nice complimentary breakfast with several choices to eat.

The room looked a bit tired, door wouldnt close all the way without slamming. Microwave didn’t work & bathroom was tired looking. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioning didn’t get very cool or keep much airflow happening. The breakfast room was small but selection was fine. The pool was equally not large but the kids loved it

Unfortunately there was a lot to be a little upset about. We spent 5 days, 4 nights and not once were offered room service. There was no tag to put on the door for room service, and every time we called the front desk, no one would answer. Our room smelt horrible and was so musty the whole time. We even tried having the windows open and it did not help. We weren’t sure if it was because we were above the pool area? During our first breakfast downstairs, the breakfast area was FILTHY. Every table was dirty, all the counters were covered in food and when I looked in the “kitchen” where the food was being prepared, the worker had her 2 children in there eating food and the little girl in the high chair was holding the gravy spoon and licking it RIGHT NEXT to the already microwaved sausage that was just sitting on the counter. It was extremely unsanitary and inappropriate. The elevator sounded horrible, loud grinding and squealing and everyone was too scared to ride in it so we had to walk 3 stories every time. The ice machine was broken and they were out of water bottles at the front desk so there was no way to get cold water. There were never clean towels in the pool area. The entrance to pull into the hotel Is very tricky as well.

Staff was friendly pool was very clean rooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable The lights in the parking lot were shining in the windows that was really the only thing that could have bothered us . Other wise this hotel was exceptional for the cost would recommend to others.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful. Do what you can to keep her. Very hard to find the entrance. Sign was totally obscured by RV parking next door, and looked like a parking lot entrance to the defunct business next door.

Truly a wonderful restful night. Staff were very friendly and easy going. The cookies provided when we arrived were really good.
