The property looked like it needs an update. The room itself presented clean but we heard every noise the entire floor of kids running and screaming all night.

Very disappointing experience. We will not be staying here again.

Nice staff, but old, tired, and sort of odd. Weird location, off freeway, good parking

Horrible Experience Finding the hotel was the first challenge. The signage is terrible, and it’s tucked behind a vacant, unkempt building off a busy road. At check-in, the price I booked through Hotels.com ($285.14) suddenly became $306.26. When I questioned it, the front desk employee called someone, disappeared into a back room, then returned saying his manager required me to pay the hotel’s rate because “third parties haven’t been paying us.” I was told it was too late to cancel, so I’d be charged their rate regardless. After I contacted Hotels.com, the employee said he’d “take the heat” and offered me a new price of $264.04, assuring me there would be no additional charges. At checkout, I found an unauthorized $42.22 charge anyway. I was also given one receipt, then chased down in the parking lot and asked to return it because it was the “wrong one.” I was handed a completely different receipt instead. The room itself was fine, and I likely would have stayed again since my son has events nearby twice a year. Unfortunately, the billing practices ruined the experience. They also don’t answer their phone—they either hang up or leave you on hold until you give up. I spent fewer than eight hours in the room and have since disputed the unauthorized charge with my bank. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

EVERYTHING was excellent!!!!!! Front desk employee when we checked in (Mathew) was great. Friendly, helpful, and extremely helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but property is in general, disrepair, scuffed and stained walls, shower, stained curtains, etc. Desperately needs a refresh

Run down. Room had a funky smell. Third bed was squeaky and old.

From the dilapidated, deserted IHOP next-door, to the bright parking lot light shining through the inadequate curtain, it felt a little dingy. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t find anywhere else, it isn’t terrible, but if you’re wanting something clean and comfortable, where you can get a good rest, I would look elsewhere.

The kicker was being awoken at 7am by the sound of hammers on my headboard and power tools underneath my room that were so loud my kids in the room next door could also hear them. All I needed was a clean bed and a good night's sleep after a very long and stressful day, and this place could not even meet that most basic need. The experience was beyond frustrating. The fact that I had to pay for it made it even worse. Currently I would not recommend.

Bathtub was clogged, the hotel ran out of breakfast and towels. We had to shower and use wash rags to dry off five people. Key card only worked for one day of our two day trip. Cockroaches outside the building. No daily maid service. DO NOT stay here

Room was dirty, had not been vacuumed, garbage on floor and under beds. Mold in sink, mystery liquid seeping from the shower surround into tub, all surfaces dirty. Stains on curtains that appeared to be blood. Did not get towels until 10:30 pm. Staff was overwhelmed. Overall property was run down and sad looking. Did not look anything like the pictures on the website.

Our t.v would not work. They tried to fix it but could not. Instead of putting us in a different room they told us we would get a discount room rate in the morning. Come morning the manager said he would think about it, which I am sure means no. So we don’t get a tv in our room yet pay the same bill. That is the problem with properties ran by people like this. They are cheap and try to give you as little as possible. Maybe that is how it is done in India or wherever he is from.

The elevator needed cleaning. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The air conditioner made strange noises.

The only "negative" was the location. It was very hard to locate and enter the property off the busy street and freeway.

Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and is not in an attractive area. However, everyone working there was really friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was good.

The staff was so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help me when I needed extra towels. They were super great! Rooms were very clean and the pool was exceptional.👍

The hotel itself is great. Free popcorn and cookies most of the day. The breakfast is fine, enough food to get you started in the morning and its tastes fine. The pool is well maintained, the hot tub is HOT. Very convenient location with helpful staff. The beds are comfortable and there are three different types of pillows to choose from. The sole reason I rated this hotel as 3 stars is the quality of sleep caused by parking lot lighting. The hotel is surrounded by lights that are incredibly bright and point directly at the rooms, not down at the parking lot area. It was basically daylight all night long. It does appear that the lights are adjustable but were never adjusted away from the building. They almost look like construction lighting. We had to buy black out curtains for our stay. Unless you find it very easy to nap or sleep outside at high noon you will have a heck of a time getting shut eye without blackout curtains. Otherwise the hotel itself is stellar.

The shampoo ran out, our request for a few extra towels was denied (we stayed 2 nights, and we’re a larger than average family), breakfast was fine, and the place was very hard to find. (We had to circle around 3 times to find the turn - the sign was not very visible.
