Love this property it’s in a good location

The covers and pillow cases were nasty I even called and ask for a cleaning but they just emptied the trash collected the towels and left clean towels did not clean the bathroom or make the bed

Our room was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value. Would stay here again if I was ever in the area again.

This is my third time at a dayinn, although my first time at this branch, I have not had this problem before, I booked based on my past experience, but going forward, I will trust the reviews before booking again if I ever do.

The staffs were very cordial and helpful. Overall the Hotel was excellent

They young black male at the front desk was amazing from beginning to end. There were a few accommodations that were made for me and he assisted me with them all. After requesting to be moved to another room, my stay was pleasant and the room met my standards. I would advise anyone who stay here to request to see their room before settling in.

Except IKEA aesthetics on a budget. The husband from room service was nice the wife not at all. Lobby staff was great. Sleep level wasn’t good due to outside noise…loud talking, arguing and hearing someone walking the sidewalk in front of my room 1-3am and the loud music from cars driving past. However, if that’s what someone who is visiting Atlanta from another state wants, Dayslnn is your place!

However, it is literal roach motel. I requested a none smoking room. The room smelt of smoke. I complained. I was told the hotel was booked out because of a convention. I checked other hotels snd they were booked out too. I went out and purchased sheets for the bed, towels and flip flops for the shower. The white bath towels were not just dinghy from long term use but simply dirty not being washed properly. Do not stay there. It appears to be a “long term half way house “ equipped with persons on parole. Everyday someone was outside their unit smoking. Btw, the workers appeared tired and looked like forced laborers who certainly did not clean properly. Definitely a zero star motel. I did not try the breakfast for fear of salmonella, I must say that the staff were pleasant. There was no rude behavior. The location of the motel to the convention center was great.

The bathroom was a mess. The AC panel was broken, the spider net all over the ceiling, the customer service horrible. This is the first Hotel I have bad experience with.

The staff was great - patient, helpful, unintrusive. The room was decently clean except the remote for the TV - it had visible grime that I had to scrub to remove with an antibacterial wipe. This Days Inn is a MOTEL, not a hotel like most Days Inns. It is a very convenient drive to the GICC. It is also very close to an airport, so if noise bothers you, this might not be for you. AC worked well. The breakfast literally consisted of coffee (most important breakfast item in the U.S.) and individually wrapped muffins - the end.

Overall you get what you pay for.

We were late for breakfast and all the creamer and sugar was put away for coffee, staff made sure we had sugar and creamer. I was they would have had waffles through, I might not of been late for breakfast! Lol

The room I was given smelt of smoke. I left immediately.

Staff members were good but they need to clean and sanitize the place.

Cobb webs in room. Stains all over both bed comforters and hairs on pillows and in the showers. The door barely shut from damage to the outside of it. The air conditioning could barely cool off the room. If you’re just looking for a place to get a few hours sleep then you will get what you paid for. This would not be ideal for more than a one night stay. The breakfast included was individually wrapped banana nut bread muffins and a coffee machine. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Never again!!!!!!

Don’t go there. I will never ever go back there. This is the worst place I have ever seen.
