Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millenium Center

After we checked into the hotel and went up to our room, we immediately noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. There was debris from someone else's trash left on the windowsill above the air conditioning unit.The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was filthy. There was someone else's feces still inside the toilet, urine on and around the rim, and the toilet had clearly not been sanitized. There was also what appeared to be pubic hair scattered across the bathroom floor, and the bathtub was not clean either. There was hair & feathers in my bed & I had to lay across the sheet on the bed. I went downstairs and reported all of these issues to the front desk. The employee, who I later learned was the manager, wrote down my complaints and told me he would have someone come clean the room. However, no one ever came that day. We were disturbed later that night by some other guests that used a hotel key to unlock our room door, luckily we had the security lock on the door they said front desk had given them the wrong key! The staff including management was notified several times & did absolutely nothing! The room wasn't cleaned until the next afternoon & only after I complained several times! Pillows on the beds were flat old & like mush.On top of that management said they would approve a refund then refused a refund when the site we used requested it. We will NEVER stay in that mess again!!! The booking site did offer some credit but definitely not enough! Disgusting service!!

Great location. Very quiet and secluded. Courteous staff. Clean property. Exterior landscaping needs immediate attention. Especially the water fountain, which should be the focal point af the exterior aesthetic.

Asked for fresh towels on second day , they were hesitant in providing same, needed approval from second maid.

I did not stay I was turned around because my debit card was wore out it worked but the guy made his own rule up I have never had to give my card to the staff I would like a refund

The room was lovely the hotel staff was great

The restaurant is not open in the morning for breakfast service. The only option is to use the lobby shop for small snacks and coffee or to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast. Not the end of the world, but not convenient for morning departures from ATL.

Needed a decently priced place to stay for an overnight trip. This was perfect. Clean, affordable and not too far from the city.

Nothing Wasn’t able to check in due to length of line at 3:30 AM!
