Very clean and quiet

Convenience to the airport & event I was there for.

Breakfast was delicious and the accomadations were spacious and cozy for our layover night.

Clean room and very neat feeling inside

Apparently, there’s $100 refundable security deposit which is not mentioned anywhere no benches out front to wait for trim the 20 minutes that it runs every 20 minutes is actually 20 minutes from the airport

The airport shuttle was great on this unexpected stay. My flight out was canceled. The room was bright and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A/c didn’t work good

The night receptions staff clearly did not want to be there. However the morning staff was excellent, and the bartender in the evening very pleasant. Food was excellent, although overpriced.

Ridicules, I just want to shower and sleep after a long day and flying the next day.

Nice affordable rooms and accommodating with pets

The Staff was Fantastic. The Property is well kept, even with the renovations going on. This will be one of the Properties that I will frequent in Atlanta.

Was a quick stay after flight cancellation. Very thankful for a good nights sleep. Hotel was perfect for what i needed.

The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty the sandwich that I ordered for dinner was terrible due to the meat that was put on it was full of Gristle and couldn’t be chewed

Fairly stock standard airport hotel, and decent value for the dollar. Most of us are just staying here as a substitute for crashing on an airport bench overnight, or to make an early flight less painfully early. The hotel knows its role, and it isn’t there to provide you with 5 star service. Its role is convenience and this hotel does this well. Additionally, the staff at the front desk was never on auto pilot, they were extremely friendly and helpful to any requests or queries. Quick and efficient shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Tip your driver please, even if he/she doesn’t handle any luggage for you. It’s a thankless job and taking them for granted is just caving to selfish human survival instincts when we’re in the air travel vacuum. A couple bucks doesn’t hurt you and your soul will be the better for it.

Unsecured parking lot people smoking weed all over the place, rooms not clean enough, no where to park unless you pay for it.

Horrible stay the room stunk like stinky feet they the mattress was horrible hard and sunk down on one side. They double booked our room someone accessed our room while our son was in there just overall not a great stay at all. The only highlight was on site resteraunt the food was good and so was the wait staff

The only thing that can be improved is the front desk support when you call. I had to wait 4+ minutes on the line before anybody picked up. When I checked in the three employees at the counter seemed overloaded with the queue of people checking in. It took me a little bit to figure that the shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and if you miss one they won't send another just for you. You have to wait another half an hour. Other than that I really liked my stay.
