Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

The hotel itself was OK, but our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear the elevator running all night.

Check in was dreadful. The woman at the desk was true hassle to interact with. The room she checked me into was extremely hot. The AC did not work. It was set to 65, but the room was easily 78. The toilet did not flush in this room also. When i asked for both to be repaired, she was very reluctant. You would think she had to repair them with how hesitant she was to even hear me out. After the maintenance had come, the toilet was repaired, but there was no attempt to repair the AC. They just changed the temp on the control unit that already was not working. Insane. Now the thermostat was set to 60, and it was still 78 in the room. When i went back to the front desk about this issue, i was met with an attrocious level of attitude while the room was still being blasted with hot air. Eventually, i was changed to a room with a working AC unit and working toilet. Unfortunately, this room did not have a working TV or phone. It is very clear this is NOT a well cared for location. The employees get away with subpar work due to the location of this property. Parking has to be paid for every night. It is a complete scam due to people needing the airport near it. Do not stay here.

Didn't eat free breakfast... was a bit sketchy. Not sure how or where Expedia got that rating. One good thing, since DELTA was holding luggage hostage, they did give me 2 toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff was very helpful & quick! The breakfast had a lot of options. Shuttle to the airport ran every 15 minutes so that was awesome!! The only knock was that I could everything going on in the room right next to me.

Bathrooms have no ventilation. Bathroom had mold spots all over. The toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. Chipped paint everywhere. Beds squeaky and uncomfortable. Do not recommend

The breakfast was great. The person supporting the breakfast was very thorough in keeping up with cleaning and restocking the buffet.

The pool was great, but would benefit from some umbrellas for shade. Breakfast was excellent, and 24 hour fresh hot coffee in the lobby was better than coffee makers in every room, which are still available on request. Airport shuttle was clear, on time, and air conditioned. Sound proofing completely obliterated the sound of airplanes landing at the airport, quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, the TV had cable with a great picture. Not much to walk to nearby, but I found restaurants a short Uber ride away.

Everyone of the staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great The only problem I had was the bed was not good. There was no support.

The hotel was clean, convenient, affordable and the staff was kind. My dislikes and unsatisfactory issues were, when I arrived I was in room 209, but the air didn't work, then I was changed to room 208. I was traveling with my 2 grandkids ages 1y/o and 2y/o and the room 208 didn't have a working tv. I called and asked to be changed to a different room, but they sent staff instead to check it. It wasn't fixed and they promised the next morning maintenance would be there at 9am. Let's just say they never upheld their promise and the kids had no TV to watch. That is unexceptionable for a room especially with children staying too. Whatever you do, check all things in the room before settling. I wish I could get part of my money back for no entertainment and changing rooms.

Great location if you have an early flight

Clean room and no air plane noise. Good nights rest. They really need an upgrade on snacks and beverages for late check-in clients.

I didn’t like that the bathtub looks so old and rusty. The room was clean but the entire property needs work, floor was hallway floor needed to be vacuumed. The gym was underwhelming, nothing to sanitize the machines, no towels for sweat. Overall my experience was okay. Could use a lot of work.

Receptionist was outstanding.
