Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

This location’s air conditioning was out of service in their lobby and as someone whose flight arrived early and had to wait in their lobby, this was excruciating! The staff did not seem to have any urgency to correct this issue. They had a fan for the front desk which led me to believe this was not a new problem. Luckily, the air conditioning in my room was much better and I was only staying one night.

The carpet on the fourth floor smell like urine I complained about the Oder a nothing was done about it from the time I arrived there until I checked out…. Disgusted.

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms was nice and clean, the environment was clean and quiet

Toilet had problems flushing. Breakfast while free was poor at best I would not stay there again in the future

Parking was 15 dollars a day, in addition to your overnight stay. The lobby was hot and the breakfast dining area. The hotel did open the event room so guests were not as hot while eating. The room was okay. The first room they put me in was way too hot due to the air conditioner not working properly. They immediately moved me to another room and everything with the air conditioner was okay. I was there 5 nights. On the last night the air c conditioner started acting up. I would recommend staying a night or two, but i would not want to stay 5 nights.

Had a wonderful experience. Very convenient airport shuttle and nice breakfast buffet option.

Loved the amenities, just hoping they clean the floors better because it’s sticky. But other than that our stay is perfect.

Room was not very clean. We arrived at 1am after delayed flights and the shuttle never arrived after 45 minutes. We called the hotel after waiting that long as directed in their message and no one picked up after a few calls. We ended up taking a taxi after waiting for an hour for the shuttle. When we arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk and someone was sleeping in the lobby. After about 10 minutes the front desk worker showed up to help us check in. All in all it was late so maybe that’s why but it was a weird and not very helpful experience.

For the price I paid the room is really cramped. Very little space to walk between the bottom of the bed and the TV/desk area. And it’s really weird that the bathroom sink is in the room just as you come in the door. The commode and shower area very small too. I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn expresses in other parts of the country, and the rooms are much bigger, and I paid less. Everything else was great.

After a long tiring day of airport delays, it was nice to be able to book this hotel, have the shuttle come pick us up, and arrive to a nice, clean room. Even though there were a lot of us from the airport, check-in was a breeze! Breakfast the following morning was the icing on the cake. The only con, the waffle/pancake machine wasn't working. If we're ever stuck in Atlanta again, this will be our hotel of choice!
