The hotel was conveniently located. The staff provided genuine interest in meeting our needs. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like about the property.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Staff were very helpful with any questions. Only complaint is the train noise but honestly the hotel is doing everything they possibly can to combat that. I will definitely stay again.

The friendly and helpful staff. Check in parking- drive up- way too small. Lots of back up onto the very busy street .

The Texas A&M Hotel is right on the campus! Perfect location for game day and family week! Staff is great, food is amazing and the hotel is always clean! My family and I enjoy staying here when we visit. Beds are comfy and the food and coffee is great!

The property is beautiful and in perfect condition. Located right on campus with easy parking in the attached parking garage.

Nice hotel and conveniently located for GameDay...but for such an expensive stay a bit disappointing in that no room service, no valet, terribly hard uncomfortable bed/pillows so do not expect a good night's sleep

Really beautiful hotel with a lot of nods to A&M history and traditions. Very clean and staff was super friendly. Howdy's in every hallway! We had our dog with us and everyone was so nice to her. Great food. No complaints.

The location was great. The amenities were great. The food was decent. They had a fabulous dining program for the entire day that was extremely valuable for the price. The staff did not have good communication. They could not tell us when the bar closed or when the restaurant was open. They did not offer much information regarding the parking, or where the elevators were. The communication was poor.
