Convenient setting among restaurants and shops that felt out in the open--view from our room of the mountains was lovely. We also got to watch the planes from the Academy all day long.

We stayed at the Courtyard in North Co Springs for 2 nights. I am used to having house cleaning come in everyday and make sure items were stocked. I had to go down an ask for Kleenex and toilet paper. With paying $350 per night, I would expect to have the beds made, clean towel as most other hotels do. Your bartender Josh was amazing and the staff was very helpful when we need to restock items ourselves.

Location No one cleaned the room during my stay. Bar was not open on a Monday night. Coffee not available throughout the day. Breakfast like cafeteria food. Low water pressure in shower.

Check in was really good. Fast easy and friendly. The check out was ridiculous. The front desk person was working in the starbuck. Stood in line asking other workers if they new where the check out lady was . Knowing she is looking right at us behind the starck cashier. Never did anyone ketvis know she was working miliple duties. . When she finally came to the desk didn't apologize nothing asked us if we would like to sit and wait for a rect. We had already been in that line 30 minutes .

Awesome stay

Clean and very spacious rooms. We were on the ground floor and it was very quiet. The room was hot. We had the temp turned down as low as it could go and it was still so hot to sleep in. Every time the air kicked on it was loud like an airplane starting up. Other than that, everything was great!

Was truly disappointed. I reserved and paid for a Mountain View and was on the first floor with a tree in the way. We are silver elite with Marriott. I checked in online and said when we would be there. When I arrived the agent never asked how we were just said I’ll see if there’s a room ready. When I checked out the agent never asked how everything was. Will not be back

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very accommodating. It gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind, and everything was just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and were very pleased with both the accommodations and the exceptional customer service. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Colorado Springs!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I came home with the backache and the shower was dismal. You either have one stream of water pressure or the weakest stream from the showerhead that you don’t even get wet. The hotel was very clean on the outside. The lobby was clean. The staff was not overly helpful. I stood in line with several other people while one staff member helped people and another staff. Member worked at a different station and ignored us for a while. It wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t stay there again because coming home with a backache and not getting a complete shower for three days was not all that pleasant my family also stayed in a room in a different room and they had the same experience. An upgrade to the beds and the pillows and the shower would go a long way.
