Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/Air Force Academy

I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait.

This property had excellent staff, things were clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very clean and the bed / linens were very comfy. We opted for the room with the balcony so we could have a view of the mountains. It wasn’t a direct view , but more off to the right - still beautiful ! It had a large bathroom with shampoo , conditioner , lotion, body wash , hair dryer , etc. The refrigerator in the room was nice along with the big couch and desk / sitting area. It was a very quiet stay - no noise from surrounding rooms or outdoor area. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We didn’t utilize the breakfast or pool but they both looked nice. Overall great experience ! IHOP is right around the corner too

Nice breakfast, clean rooms and hotel.

Right off Interstate, convenient and near lots of food. Negative: We stayed 5 nights. Day 2, had to request towels (three towels for 5 people registered) and for our trash to be emptied. We asked if we could get a full clean. Was told yes. We did not and had to request toilet paper. In 5 nights, they made our bed and changed out towels/restocked one time. When we asked the front desk if we could have a sheet change, we were told yes, but then came Back to a letter stating that due to the holiday, there was limited house keeping. Just wish we had been told that initially so we could have requested the items upon arriving back each night, instead of realizing they were not there and needing to go back down. Additionally the pool, although maintained well by maintenance, is sad and dated. The hotel next door has a beautiful blue pool and my son was so sad that we only had the faded, dingy one. If it’s all that is available, it’s fine for one or two nights. Would never book again for more than that as the adjacent ones seem much more updated.

Location Nothing

The location. We arrived at 1440 and went to check in and we were promptly that check in is at 1500 and were invited to hang out until then. We were not checked in until 1600. It was very disapointing to have to wait so long after a long day of travel.

I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.

Pull it bed was hard Breakfast wasn’t very good And not many options The fridge in our room didn’t stay cold The elevated closed on us like 6 times Our door to the room looked like someone had broke into it before The soaps were out in the bathroom Check In wasn’t till 3 pm and than the lady still had to check and make sure the room was ready

I would recommend this hotel. Very good location.

Room was comfortable. Very accommodating at checkin when we arrived about 90 minutes before checkin. TV did not work. Staff was willing to move us to a new room but since we were already unpacked and only in for two nights we declined. Great location to the Academy

Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen.

Staff was super, to a person. Cannot say enough. Really nice stay. Highly recommended.

Could use allergy guidance for those with allergies. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The selection of food was pretty simple and monotonic. Some more vegetables, some sort of cheese, ham, sussage would be needed

No shampoo or soap in the room. Cmon basic services. The staff at the desk was exceptional. But getting in a shower to find all 3 bottles empty? Come on.

Excellent room and breakfast. Room refrigerator didn’t include a freezer. And the toilet paper holder was positioned terribly. Other than those two picky items, we truly enjoyed our one night stay.
