Reasonable priced clean and comfortable
-
Location Dirty, bad staff, nothing in the rooms
-
Location I prepaid for the room, and on arrival I was told they were overbooked and Did not have a room for us.
-
It was pretty loud, all hard flooring so you could hear everything.
-
Right price, right location, good enough for what I needed! I love the AC unit :-) That and the mattress were the most important thing. I liked being within walking distance of 7-11 and restaurants because I was without a car. I appreciated having a hot shower and quiet place to sleep. I would return to this property. It’s not your high end property where everything is perfect - trash bags overflowed, ac isn’t turned on in Libby, hallways, fitness center for periods of time, staff seems indifferent. The mattress covers are 100% polyester so you will sweat if you don’t remove it.

No extras in the room such as tissues or paper towels. But, room was clean, pet fee was reasonable, no major issues. Good value for the money. No coffee in lobby. Spent $20 next door at IHOP for breakfast, but it was a good breakfast.
-
Good neighborhood and close proximity to a lot of tourist spots No breakfast provided and the front desk staff gave us a wrong key card
-
The advertised biweekly cleaning did not happen.
-
There was no coffee in the morning.no plates ect. Was not told on line that way i could bring my own for the price that I paid i should have been told staff was upset because they get the brunt of it

The rooms were fairly dirty and the shower dirty enough that we chose not to shower there. The beds are TERRIBLE. I’m fairly sure sleeping in the car would have been more comfortable. It’s on a nicer side of town so the expectation was fairly high. Internet is free at a minimum speed otherwise you pay for it. There is definitely a strange “skunk” smell if you catch my drift. All in all was very disappointing.

Tried to check in at 7pm and my room was not ready yet (check in time was 3 pm). Interesting mix of people staying/living there. Room was clean and big. Good food choices that are walkable from hotel.
-
No coffee machine in the room. No iron. Broken equipment in the exercise room.
-
Poor
-
The kitchenette does not have any tools or equipment. Hotel didn’t supply a hairdryer, Kleenex, even plastic cups. WiFi was spotty at best. Extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointing.

Only there for the night. Great location. Hotel was noisy as hell all night. Lady was arguing with front desk over apparently her monthly rent (appeared a lot of people live in hotel). Vent in bathroom was dirty, shower was amazing. Beds were ok but pillows sucked. Noisy all night and morning we left. Shower and location.
-
Location convenient Bed really uncomfortable Building smelly
-
The bed was as hard as a rock, walls paper thin, halls had that smell. It was a cheaper price then the other around for a reason.
-
Clean and good location Bare bones in room. No coffee pot no cups had to ask for more towels only two in room had four staying.
-
We love the location and the low price. Our room had an overwhelming mold smell. The new manager was not helpful at all. The bathtub and sink were stopped up. The tub was dirty with hair, upon our arrival. The manager would not give us toilet paper or clean towels when asked. The people above us stomped on the floor most of two nights and didn’t stop when the night manager called them.
