The room was clean! The staff was helpful when asking for extra items like towels and hair dryer. It does appear that this is a hotel that does cater to people who’d need long term housing as well. But overall it was not terrible.

The hotel was very noisy. The room above had a guest who was very loud throughout the night . Noise could be heard coming from hallways too.

My room was very clean and the staff were excellent

The front desk was not helpful at all, apparently the hotel was busy and I was late to my room since my flight was delayed so my room was given to someone else. I was left without a room and had to sleep in my rented car.

Honestly get what you pay for paid for a night for me and wife walked in no one was at desk finally guy comes in and first thing he said was I was taking a break I just got out there but it’s fine I’ll check you in like I was interrupting him I believe a lot of people live there as there was some strange folks coming in and going finally get up to room and it’s halfway put together no pillow cases ok pillow and it looked like someone had lottery peed on pillow they changes us rooms and it was a little better beds were hard and hallways smelly awful walls are paper thin we ended up packing up and leaving after our evening out and not even staying the night

Cleanliness was good Bed was good except fitted sheet kept wanting to come off Shower was good Could have easily gotten a better rating with just a few amenities I think should be expected in any motel. There were no hand towels, cups, Kleenex or paper towels. I’ll-fitting fitted sheet. Simple fixes which would have suggested the facility cares about customers’ comfort.

Location I prepaid for the room, and on arrival I was told they were overbooked and Did not have a room for us.

It was pretty loud, all hard flooring so you could hear everything.

Right price, right location, good enough for what I needed! I love the AC unit :-) That and the mattress were the most important thing. I liked being within walking distance of 7-11 and restaurants because I was without a car. I appreciated having a hot shower and quiet place to sleep. I would return to this property. It’s not your high end property where everything is perfect - trash bags overflowed, ac isn’t turned on in Libby, hallways, fitness center for periods of time, staff seems indifferent. The mattress covers are 100% polyester so you will sweat if you don’t remove it.

No extras in the room such as tissues or paper towels. But, room was clean, pet fee was reasonable, no major issues. Good value for the money. No coffee in lobby. Spent $20 next door at IHOP for breakfast, but it was a good breakfast.

Good neighborhood and close proximity to a lot of tourist spots No breakfast provided and the front desk staff gave us a wrong key card
