Great place to the kiddos!!

I booked a room for 7 and did not get that room at check in. I even called Great Wolf Lodge the day before to confirm bc you can’t see anything on their app since it was booked through a 3rd party. I didn’t think to ask again at check in. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and got us in a room to fit 7.

All in one place

The Beds in our room were worn out. I would avoid the buffet, certainly not worth the amount they charge. The $20 per day parking fee seemed excessive.

The staff was superb. The room and bathroom was clean. Things we were disappointed in—a room that sleeps 5 was NOT very comfortable unless you have a small child who can sleep on the pull out. We got an air mattress to put on top of the twin sized pull out—it lost air within 2 hours. Got a different air mattress the next night—it lost air, but was able to use it for a little extra padding on the extremely thin mattress. We asked if we could upgrade to a larger room, but none available, so we made do. The elevators are very slow for the amount of people using them. Our room was behind the elevators, so they were very noisy from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., which was annoying when we were trying to sleep. The kids had a great time at the water park and playing the games. Be ready to spend a lot of money in light of the fact that there are 2 major investment companies that are involved as a management team. It’s evident they are endeavoring to maximize their return on investment by taking advantage of their marketing environment.

Great as it name indicates

Great trip just thought the food would be a lot better especially for the cost. Definitely McDonald’s for the kids next time.

A nice stay and water park experience. Staff is very professional and helpul. My only real criticism is 2 elevators for 10 floors and 300+ rooms.

Consider the heart behind the moose head Lounge then there is the tall medium length dark skinned guy super friendly great customer service I know I do these men an injustice by not knowing their names but if you take the time just say thank you to the staff with an emphasis on the quesadilla guy who helped the kid named rocket he’ll know who says thanks and amazing work. The three people mentioned really made our stay epic!

The biggest frustration was the elevators. Only two were working, and we spent a large portion of our stay waiting for one. Occasionally, staff would take groups of guests in the service elevator, but the long waits were still a constant issue. My grandson was injured on the lily pads in the water park. I had to help him out of the water myself and then search for someone to assist us. I was directed to the towel station, where Jaylynn was absolutely amazing. She stayed calm, comforted my grandson, and took great care of his injured arm. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, after that initial interaction, no one from management or staff ever followed up to check on him or see how he was doing. Our room was clean when we arrived, but it was never serviced during our two-night stay. We also found that many staff members were unable to answer basic questions, and we often had to ask multiple employees before getting the information we needed. We were told that day passes for guests to use the water park would cost $35 per person, but we were charged $50 per person instead. Even my elderly aunts, who only wanted to sit and watch the kids swim, would have been charged $50 each. I ended up spending more on guest passes than I did on the room itself. Had I known the actual cost, we would have skipped the hotel and gone to a local water park instead.
