Clean room. Comfortable bed. Loved the amenities in the room

The staff is very friendly and military accommodating.

Everyone was friendly for the most part. We were move to 3 different rooms in which one of the rooms had roaches. The 2nd room was a very bad odor. We were promised a free night in which the hotel did not honor and wanted to charge us for another night at the regular rate. There has been a lot of miscommunication from the staff and the GM kept relaying messages rather than coming out to speak with us directly.

Staff was really nice, specially the lady at the desk(Lawanda-I believe was her name). She was very courteous to my children and I. Made us feel very comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool. I didn't like the smell in the room, it was very strong. Other than that everything was great.

Did not get room I ordered. 1 bed, very small. Our group had 4 rooms, and they were all bad. Manager was rude and refused to change our room to what we ordered.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

2)the bed and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I actually ended up with a migraine. They offered zero support. 3)I killed several bugs in the bathroom and there was hair in and around the shower. 4)the a/c worked poorly. Even when I switched the thermostat from heat to a/c, it never clicked on. The only thing keeping the room somewhat cool was the old fan unit installed in the window, and even then, it didn't cool anything, it just made the air not stagnant. I actually ended up sleeping without any blankets on and still woke up sweating. Given what I paid for this room, I would not stay here again. I would stay at the Quality Inn down the street for half the cost and get the same value.

Well, would I like it about this property was it was very clean coming inside the south was very polite. Everything was well organized. What I didn’t like was that I saw two roaches in the room which I did let the staff know and they got two weeks right away so they did send our pest control the next day.

Only stayed an hour and had to leave.

it was hot in the hallways . hall way was hot . ac units were extremely loud . hair was everywhere. mold in bathroom

They were very accommodating for traveling with pets! The beds were a little lumpy so it was hard to stay in one spot but it wasn’t enough to ruin my trip
