Very clean, staff is great

We rented a room with a sofa bed. The mattress was disgusting with stains all over it. Further the mattress had no cushion and when you laid down the metal springs were on your back. The King bed was clean and room was clean but unacceptable to rent a room with a sofa bed with a disgusting dirty mattress with no cushions.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Nice rooms. Housekeeping must have been on strike so we had to get our own clean towels and live with days of trash.

Customer Service was great! Stagg accommodated my family for our family reunion with quick check-in, questions, using dining area and outside facilities. Rooms were not as spacious as I thought one bathroom is really not enough for 5 people on a room. Pillows need to be updated, they flatten out and provide little support.

Overall hotel cleanliness and amenities were great things around the area but not exactly centrally located to activities or major sit down type restaurants. However front desk staff and the manager not very helpful often communicating misinformation the manager avoided contacting me after repeated calls I was never given his name always diverted by whomever answer the phone ultimately my issue was resolved without any of their assistance.

The hotel staff was great and rooms were clean. I know it’s a continental breakfast, but it could be better, you can get a much better breakfast and coffee from a convenience store. Other than that our stay was decent.

Great hotel right off the highway with several coffee shops right there. Pool, firepit and basketball court were great. Free breakfast and coffee were awful.

My husband and I were there for a month for his work and our stay was great. The breakfast is ok, didn’t really care for the eggs BUT they had other options as well. The room was comfy and really clean. The kitchen in the room had almost everything you need. A lot of storage/cabinet space which helped with us for as long as we were there. Every employee we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. I loved the gym they have there. The laundry room was great, but only had one dryer working the whole time we were there. I LOVE the fact they are also pet friendly. We bring our two little fur babies everywhere we go. All-in-all, fantastic stay and will be back when we come back to Columbia.
