Baymont by Wyndham Columbia Fort Jackson

The smell of pot from the front desk area should have been our only required red flag but we went ahead and checked in. Carpet in our room was wet and stayed wet most of the night. Not sure what the hotel was trying to cover up. The hair dryer did not work nor did the microwave and plug in bath tub. The hallways and elevator were not clean. Basically everything mentioned in other reviews is true!

N/A Well the room wasn't clean. Also smelled like cigarettes and pot. So much for a no smoking facility.

This was a room booked just for an overnight stay. It was ok. It got the job done.

Staff was nice and helpful. My room had roaches on the bed and my pillow case had spots on them.

Nosie and when I left my room there were police outside the building. Obviously, there was some criminal activity afoot.

The room needed some maintenance. The bathroom faucet was not even secured to the sink. You can lift it right up. One of the bolts on the toilet seat was broken so that moved all over the place, there was no coffee maker in the room, there was an ironing board but no iron. The hallways reeked of marijuana, the carpet in the room was not vacuumed well. The rooms need updating badly. There was supposed to be breakfast however, the clerk at check in never informed me where it was. Won't stay again.

It was close to Fort Jackson So much - REALLY rundown and needs lots of repairs - no peephole lens in door just a hole - carpet peeling from walls - mildew /mold especially in bathroom that had a light wires exposed -

The property was cleaned and nice The breakfast didn’t have much choice

The ac unit . Staff & everything else including the roaches !!

Thankfully I just needed somewhere to sleep before getting back on the road …. Hotel had roaches found a cap to a needle in the bathroom hair in the tub tv didn’t work no ice buckets was given a garbage bag for ice vending machine didn’t even distribute the right products
