Great job

However there was not 1 coffee cup in the morning. They checked all the cupboards. How do you run out of coffee cups when you serve breakfast? Went down 1/2 hour later and asked if they got any and they did not. No glasses in the room, no coffee maker. Not sure of clientele outside of motel.

Friendly staff We came for the pool, three closed signs and tape holding the gate shut. First room had no ac and the bathroom floor tiles were broken and moved freely posing serious cut hazards. Replacement room had a completely inoperable toilet. Hallways wrecked of weed and open drug sales in parking lot.

The only good thing about the property was the staff except the young girl who worked over night. She was rude. Switching rooms, toilet clogged, WiFi horrible, breakfast horrible, changed to another room no toilet seat , no TV nothing in that room, switch rooms again we went into someone else room who was still there, last room still toilet and shower pressure was bad

Nothing. Waited for 30 minutes for someone to greet me. Room was not ready and did not have a toilet seat on the toilet, curtains hanging off and only one light worked in room. Manager said he would refund my room as there were no other rooms available and did not refund my stay.

It was good for my needs.

Breakfast was slim pickings. There were literally two bagels and two mini muffins. The cereal was practically empty. There were a few yogurts. The room was clean and comfortable, but if you need staff for anything-good luck finding them.

Old and stinky odor, loud all night, room was not stocked appropriately (no toilet tissue), bathroom door did not close, broken shower rod. King bedroom was not available at time of check in.

Staff It was nasty,smelled like mold and backed up waste

Close to ft Jackson Was double charged and still haven’t received money back in account, in fact got another message from my bank that a third charge had been declined. Room I made reservations for were not available when we got to hotel. First arrived , attendant spoke very little English. Already had done the pre online registration, said he didn’t have it and proceeded to charge me again for 2 nights stay. The whole experience was a nightmare. Didn’t feel safe, had sketchy people hanging all around inside and out. Spent 2 hours in lobby trying to get rooms, sent us to 2 rooms that already had people in it. Will never go back or recommend

It was clean There was not a phone in the room

Room looked like it had ongoing repairs that are unfinished. Breakfast had a worker that was loud and a little rude but didn’t refill breakfast items and continued to eat his own. Staff was friendly otherwise, bed was comfortable and room was clean.
