Sleep Inn Near Ft Jackson

The staff was nice overall it looks like they’re doing some of reconstruction of the building. It seem to be an older facility. No one cleaned my room the first night, but that’s not a real big deal but the rooms could use some dusting a little more detail cleaning, and the building had a smell to it Overall for the price was comparable to the rooms since I was on a budget..

The place needs a lot of work. But as you walk in they are fixing the front. Which tells me that they are trying to make some up grades. That is good because the carpet was very stained and all of the wood in the room is chipped and scratched, water pressure was very low, the toilet was very loud (the whole porcelainlid lifts and falls back down when flushed), and toilet seat was broken. Cleanliness was very disappointing. The blankets were stained. The towels were dingy. The shower curtain was moldy. And they didn't clean our room or take out the trash in the 4 days that we stayed there. Over all very unsatisfied with the entire experience.

Went to breakfast at 8;15am, coffee was just about empty, every food option was empty, no eggs, no sausage, a hand full of cereal, no milk, no toast or muffins, waffle machine empty. I went and asked desk person if breakfast was over, he said no why, I said because there's nothing there. He came over and started refilling somethings, I had some cereal and left. Swimming pool has sign, closed by state environmental dept.

Staff were wonderful!! Room needed more detailed cleaning!

Room was clean. Great water pressure. Room a little must because it was hot which made the sheets moist, but once you cut the air on and let the room balance it was perfect. Missed breakfast because it starts at 6am. So would be nice if they do breakfast earlier.

The pool was nice and staff was very friendly. Great price..all other hotels around were 50.00 more a night.

My recent stay at the SLEEP INN @ 200 EAST EXCHANGE BLVD was terrible.The Hotel 2nd floor was stank and my room was also though they moved me to another room was ok!I booked the hotel because it didn't cost much and in previous visits it was nice!!I booked the hotel on Hotels.com I didn't specify how many guest 2 was already highlighted and I never specify how many people are in my party.The front desk clerk talked to me about it and told me I needed to pay for the additional 2 guests and I told him that I didn't have the resources to pay any extra ;he talked over the phone with his Boss and he said not to worry about it, next time I booked with them make sure I specify how many guest are in my party.......I said ok.The next morning I left early;One of my guest came when I was leaving the front desk clerk followed him to the room and told him he had to pay $15 .....My daughter came back from dropping me off and the same desk clerk told her she had to pay $80 dollars or get out she paid him no attention at that time;Later that morning she was leaving and stopped to talk to the front desk clerk he also said she had to pay $80 or leave!Long story short they are not true to there word!!We were harassed and humiliated!We left because the desk clerk claimed there were 5 people in our room it was only 4(3adults and 1kid)The front desk clerk told me that I could stay but my family had to leave!!!!!Where do they do that at??????So we left because I wasn't doing that

Location Staff rude, pool not working and that was the reason for the stay for the kids, extended the stay yet in still staff kept coming knocking on the door stating a new deposit needed to be paid on the same reservation

Smelly hallways . My room wasn’t clean. They had to switch rooms. The entire 2nd floor smelled like old wet carpets I won’t stay there ever again. I didn’t even go upstairs to the room they switched me to. I just left and went back home with my kids. Horrible experience. But the staff I saw were nice. The lobby was clean.

Very polite, Friendly & Understanding. Everything was Great. Property was Clean.

This was a good hotel for what we utilized it for a short overnight stay to sleep on our way to Florida

From u exit the elevator the place smells bad the hallway the rooms..will never go back and I do not recommend..parking is good

My family and I had a great experience. The pool was available during the entire trip, the ice machine never broke and breakfast was sufficient. I would’ve loved eggs and some biscuits but the waffles were perfect.

The room was dirty There was mold on the shower curtain will avoid sleep inns in the future

It had a microwave and fridge which allowed you somewhere to store your food and drinks. The bed was a little too firm borderline hard. Needs pest control, found a spider in the bed when the covers were pulled back. Saw an adult roach and baby in the bathroom. And long pieces of hair in towels and bedding.

We were visiting to attend our daughter's graduation from BCT. This location was only five minutes from the base. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was difficult to understand, and English is not their primary language. They were completely clueless on Fort Jackson and the (weekly) graduation ceremony. The room was clean but dated. The housekeeping was tremendously nice!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than I expected. Would stay again
