Close to ft jackson perfect for what we needed

The room is basic, but it was not very clean. It definitely needed some love in comparison to what it was like when we stayed there a few years back. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, so that was inconvenient.

The staff are horrible. The manager not understanding. To be at an army post they would not release a veterans reservation. We made the reservation and noticed it had defaulted to the next weekend and immediately called the hotel and hotels.com with minutes of making the reservation and was denied any grace. Their option was you can cancel it but there would be no refund, no future credit towards another stay at the hotel.

Easy to find. Old and worn out. AC didn’t work well at all, room was warm and very humid all the time. One of the bathroom lights were out. Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Bed had a major sag in it.

The hotel was clean

Breakfast is terrible. The juice machine was broke, they were out of cups and lids for coffee, and they do not stock up on anything. Hotel room was not clean. The sofa bed had a huge white stain on it. Front desk staff is rude and lazy. Pool was very dirty and cloudy so we did not even get in. Hotel is way overpriced and not in a good area. Very upset with how much I paid for what I got.

Do not like to complain but the loud conversation in the hallway is so unnecessary Tub needs non skid mat. It's too slippery for seniors who showers. Suggestions only. Love the coffee maker in the breakfast area but to get it first thing in the morning is another story. Sorry need my coffee to function

Parking lot was unusable in the middle of being resurfaced. Totally unacceptable. I was not notified. I would've gone somewhere else. I'm assuming that's why I wasn't not.

No the parking lot was all tore up and they were doing remodeling on the parking lot. They should have told people that because we were limited parking. I did find a park the very last one and it was because I was handicap that I found a part, but it was too far out from where I need to go and it was this wrong for me. The room wasn’t very clean and the elevator kept getting stuck and I just don’t know what was going on with that the elevator,I just don’t know. The juice machine was not and they didn’t provide juice so I had to end up buying a soda that I didn’t want to buy.

Disappointing

Foul smell sheets with hair. Mold in bath tub. Towel bars pulled out of walls. Breakfast was cold. No coffee at Breakfast. No juice at Breakfast. Hallways super humid.
