Very close to fort Jackson. Main reason we chose this place because we wanted to be close to the army graduation. When we got to our hotel room it was not cleaned at all there was wrappers everywhere and used towels in the bathroom floor, very gross tub. The lady in the front had to clean another room for us which took about 20 mins. After that room was good. Lobby and hallways smelled like cigarette and weed. Very hot lobby. And muggy

The staff are kind respectful and helpful We liked everything about the stay but there was no trash can in the room

Staff was very nice especially day shift The roaches were residents had to send pictures to third party because the amount of roaches. They couldn’t give me another room because of being booked.

Mold around bathtub they try putting me in another room but it had carpet. The carpet smell really bad and the tub was bad as well

The breakfast was good, the lady who took care of everything there was great. I didn't like the fact that the facility had nothing that was on the web. The pool was down, I called before booking and the young lady told me it was working. My kids and I was all dressed and ready to swim when the front desk staff was like what pool it's closed. I also didn't like how rude the morning manager was. I am a very nice polite person I went down to talk to her the next morning I said good morning are you that manager? She popped her gum never making any eye contact and "said yes I am are you coming from room ----" I said yes, "oh I already took care of it by taking off your stay". She said nothing else never looked at me was very rude and chewing her gum and keep popping it very loud. That alone is very disrespectful and very rude.

The property is located in a nice spot for the university. The rooms still need some work. Everything seems older. It feels damp in the rooms. There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The carpet did not feel clean so I did keep my shoes on or at least my socks at all times. The breakfast was fine. The staff was extremely friendly. If you had to park anywhere other than the front of the building, it is very dark and did not feel very safe.

Front desk said they couldn't check anyone in before 3 - they told everyone to come at 3p leading to a backed up system. I complained about the ac leaking, the front desk contacted management and they told her it was just a spill and to mop it up, the following day I woke up to another pool of water next to the bed. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had previously leaked and was peeling. Place is a dump unfortunately

The Staff was very friendly, and very kind!! The hotel was horribly kept. Upon arrival it smelled of a pot factory. Seedy neighborhood, parking lot looked like a hangout for what looked like people waiting to make drug deals! States dog friendly, yet no where to take your dog to do there business outside other than a lava rock area near the pool. The only door to get in and out of the building was the front door. The phones in the room were non functioning, cords were cut. When I was concerned about the phones I went to the front desk and I was told they are under construction. I checked out, and was able to get a full refund.

The price was reasonably and fairly clean
