Overall, I like the hotel I didn't like the location and parking is really no parking

The cleanliness of the room was terrible, from the bed to the bathroom on the first floor. The toilet bowl was detached, and water leaks out when flushing. The sofa was not arranged, Feels the staff used the room to rest saw someone came out of it. The night shift staff was not very accommodating; she preferred to smoke outside. I will not be returning ever. I'm so disgusted!

Pool was shut down. A lot of maintenance issues. Most were aesthetics. Peep hole in door was missing and filled with paper. Bathtub was covered in paint. Had to pull the lid off the toilet to get it to flush.

This was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed out.

Hongo en la cortina del baño y en El mismo area de la cortina en la bañera. Al parecer no cambian la cortina del baño con la entrada de un Nuevo guest y es muy desagradable. Solo dos toallas en una reservation de 3 personas. Lo Demas se veia limpio. Solo ese detalles de la ducha

The price & location Nothing

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, professional ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The ceiling had weird red stains and water damage. The bathroom sink had a horrible patch job. The amount of active duty soldiers I saw there with the hotel conditions are disappointing and disrespectful.

The only things I liked were the options they offer, & even though we didn't use the pool, the gym or even tried the breakfast (Didn't physically see either of those 3 options either) its good to know that they're there ... I think. Cleaning staff needs to do better! Killed a cockroach in the lobby. The room we were assigned could have been in better condition, but we were too tired to complain. We had just driven for almost 2 days straight. Killed another roach in the restroom. We went out early the next day and we asked the person at the front desk if they could please send someone to clean and restock our room ... more clean towels, sweep and mop (the floor was sticky) & empty our trash bag (the only trash can in the whole room) All they did was sweep. We came back late & we were still very tired, noticed it the next morning. Definitely won't be staying here again.

After being switched from about 3 to 4 rooms due to cleanliness. We traveled to see my songraduate from Fort Jackson, there was 4 of us, so we got a 2 queen bed with sofa bed. 1st room the sofa bed mattress had to huge red blood like stains on the mattress. The front desk was accommodating and gave me an option of 2 other rooms to choose from the first room I looked at had a leaking ac unit which had the carpet soaking wet, so we just took the option which was a nightmare, roaches!!!!! Lots of roaches all over window and curtains, front desk did the best she could and gave me a sticky trap. Me or daughter barely got any sleep that night, the next day maintenance came and sprayed the room offered to get us another room cuz he said that room needed to be shut down, but never returned with any further info. I was told that I can speak to a manager Thurs morning. Never spoke to a manager but spoke with Brittany who did everything in her power to make our last few days there comfortable she got us a new room, and even helped move us to that room, she left notes for the manager about how terrible my stay was. I would never ever ever stay there again, but im super thankful for all of Brittany's help. This place is just disgusting, the pool was even shut down by the health dept during our stay, im not sure why, but I know it was open then there was a notice posted by thurs afternoon stating swimming is prohibited.

Did not get shampoo, carter not well vacuumed, long hair in the shower. Breakfast juices were out, and the breakfast microwave did not work.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was not ready upon arrival. When we walked in the lobby it had a strong odor on marijuana .Once we were in the room it was dirty we observed bugs. The AC didn’t work properly as well as the shower. The room smelled. Maybe the AC filter needed to be replaced. We ran out of Kleenex after the first day. I asked the staff for a replacement box and she said they were on back order. Every day we had to go down and ask for clean towels. It appeared that there was a shortage of staff.

I am still waiting to be contacted by the property in reference to our stay. The place was disgusting and their front desk attitudes were even worse. Worst experience in life and would not recommend it to a bum.

Some of the staff was very friendly. There were no towels, trash cans, or toilet paper in the room. The front desk (at night) said they didn’t have any towels to give to us either. We had to wait until the next day for laundry. Got toilet paper, but didn’t get trash can until day before leaving. Also, shampoo was leaking all over the bathroom and the shower curtain is too small for the shower. Lastly, the air condition throughout the building was not working. Thank goodness it was cool in the bedroom.

Room was nice and comfortable, plenty of choices to go eat. Pool was nice but area around was dirty and the hallway going to it, guess they forgot to sweep. And at $141 a night, what motel now a days don’t have a refrigerator in the rooms- this one apparently
