Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbia near Fort Jackson

Great place to stay. Close to good restaurants

We stayed 2 nights for graduation at fort Jackson, distance was great, room was clean and smells great. Parking was free.

My bed ended up having ants on it, crawling around in my bag, and arms, and the manager didn't contact me once. The staff did move us into a new room and we had to ask for means to wash our clothes. Other than that, we didn't hear a thing. I think the manager could have done better in remedying the situation. It felt like I had ants crawling around in my hair, and in my clothes. Terrible.

My only comply was the shower had no slip proof surface. I am not old or I firmed but had to hold on to the bar as not to fall. I would think this is a liability for the property.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent variety of items for breakfast.

My first time staying at this particular property, but everything was great. I booked late and was still accommodated with the room I wanted. The entire hotel smelled good as soon as you walked in as well.

This property was clean, well-maintained, nice size rooms, I liked how they were setup with the bathroom kinda in the center of the room. Breakfast were enjoyable plenty options to choose from. Located away from heavy traffic but close to everything. Minutes from the base and airport. Very enjoyable stay for me and my family.

.The hotel was very clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel was quiet during the night, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I did not like having to pay the parking fee.

Everything was Great

Everything here has been great. The location is prestine. The WiFi is not secured. That is the only thing that I didn't like.

Clean and comfortable, right by the highway. No pool and the bar and stuff was closed… Not much to do.

Right off I-77…So, very convenient! Check in staff wonderful. Room immaculate. Enjoyed our stay and would return!
