The location to Fort Jackson and the quiet rooms. The indoor pool was small to do laps and water wasn't super clear.

I like Ally, she worked overnight and was very helpful. Im addressing my concerns The booking. Com and the bathroom had urine at the base of the toilet. Shower windows was dirty. Sockets didn't work.

Ease of booking and extending stay. Parking lot too small & potholes

There was a mishap with our room and the manager made it right and I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff was great stay was okay beds were extremely uncomfortable if you like really firm beds then this is the place for you I actually felt like I was sleeping on the floor . Definitely not what it looked like in the pics I feel like they need to update some things around there other then that it was good :)

The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Dinning area was small with small selection for breakfast.

Everything was fabulous from the time we checked in from the tell me when to our room left again to go out to dinner and have drinks and then came back again everything was a plus. And the breakfast was fabulous the woman that was in there watching and cleaning was absolutely amazing. She left at nothing to being messy or unfilled or anything like that I come from a catering background and working in a hotels and I have to say kudos to her I wish I would have gotten her name she was fabulous

The front desk Staff and kitchen staff breakfast just need more turkey and chicken sausage. Breakfast chicken sausage only 1 time the whole week we stayed for vacation. And our bedroom sheets where dirty front desk did have house keeping clean our room.

Love the area where the hotel is and all the different attractions and restaurants. The breakfast we love just need to have mire variety of breakfast meats Alot of people do not eat POLK OR BEEF MEAT. MORE CHICKEN AND TURKEY SAUSAGE. front desk and kitchen Committee are all awesome. We highly recommend others to Hampton Inn. Did like that we didn't have the breakfast sausage. More PORK AND BEEF IS WHAT THIS HOTEL SERVES FOR BREAKFAST

Terrible place, we had to change rooms 3 times before settling down, a room did not have shower curtain. Mind you, not all hampton inns are like this, salty food with salt inside scrambled eggs....stench in the corridors and I can continue..............
