The quietness was amazing after a long drive. Bed was comfy(pillows a lil flat but everyone has a different preference). Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing, everyone I came into contact with was professional,accommodating,over all amazing hospitality!!!! Didn’t get to experience the pool or area but through the windows it was nice. The cleanness was no where near what it should have been. There was hair in the tub as well as on the floors. There was some kind of smell to the water in the bathroom sink, brushed our teeth with bottles of water. The bathroom was the worst part. Very outdated huge cracks in the walls that help up the shower curtain. The outside of the property was not kept up. There was cigar and cigarette ashes everywhere. Trash on the ground huge potholes in the entrance of the property big enough to take your front end out of your driving a low car (which we was, but had to drive very slow) .

Breakfast was excellent Room was dirty dingy, door sticks in frame opening and would slam shut the last 4 inches very loudly. The AC unit was very noisy as well. Overcharged me, then LIED telling me it was a room deposit, instead of just telling me they adding on extra fees. Its hard to budget a trip when can't count on a reservation being correct cost.

The staff was great! The facilities were very nice. The indoor pool area was clean and the air was warm while the water was a nice temp. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast area and food was fantastic! My only complaint was the bathroom in room 207 could use some attention. The conditioner bottle was empty, which was a big inconvenience when I took a shower. The wallpaper was peeling and there was a couple of mildew stains.

The room I stayed in with exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was very centrally located and there were many places to eat nearby. My only complaint is that upon arrival I had to pay a $50 incidental fee that I was not informed of also, the hotel did not return $36 of that $50 fee for some unknown reason.

The stay was great.. parking lot could use some help to rather large holes in the entrance filled with dirty water hard to avoid with a vehicle

I really liked the hotel’s location, and the breakfast was very good. My son also really enjoyed the breakfast. We were first-time guests, but no information was provided about the hotel’s amenities and services. We did not know that water was provided in bags or that we had to ask for basic items like toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were thirsty at night, but there was no water available in our room. Also, around 11:30 PM, someone knocked very loudly on our door, which frightened us because my son and I were the only ones in the room. We felt unsafe and disappointed with our stay.
