Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia, SC

Room was clean for the most part minus the pubic hair on the toilet, and the hair left in the shower. Beds were kinda hard and pillows were on the flatter side. Strong smells of smoke and weed at times. Breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast, Hispanic lady serving was very kind. The rollaway crib was an actual crib with a mattress rather than a pack n play, which was very nice!

Even though it was early in the morning breakfast items had run out and needed to be replenished.

The older lady that worked in the dining room was very sweet and very helpful. The carpet in the hallways is worn and stretched out. my room had huge water stains on the ceiling and the curtains had holes and stains on them.

The facility is in desperate need of updating. The room was clean and staff nice but the microwave didn’t work, hair dryer wasn’t working correctly, furniture was dinged up and scratched, the ceiling had a big stain on it, carpet was old.

Beds were horrible, and drapes were ripped and held closed with a binder clip. There was a water leak at the window and had some brownish gunk on top of lower sash. Faucet handle in the bathroom was ready to fall off. Cleaning of the hole place needs improvement. I don't think that I would stay there again.

had a very nice stay , it was quiet the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. My main concern that the property is very old , needs upgrading , needs a paint job badly outside . Was very disappointed with the heating pool and jacuzzi because the water was cold . Very nice staff.

Firstly, the staff was AMAZING. Everyone was kind, helpful and responsive. I cannot complain about them at all, but the facility is disgusting. I am still appalled that I spend $250 for one night in that. I didn't sleep because the bed was really old and not well maintained (I'm fairly certain that the mattress was older than than me with the old school springs in it). The room was filthy and even the wood around the casing that holds the fridge was literally falling apart. I had to wear shoes in the room to ensure I did not get any splinters from the particle board that was rotting and falling apart. I feel that a decent price for something in such shambles would be around $50 a night, at best. The touch up paint did not match and since they have re-painted over and over, the paint had chipped and was peeling in the room and bathroom. Again, the staff was amazing and it is such a shame that talent like this is being wasted in an absolute dump.

The facility was less than expected.

The staff was nice, but I would not stay there again due to the lack of cleanliness. There were bugs, the shower curtain had mold, and they had not cleaned well from the previous occupant, leaving hair and Q-tips in the bathroom. The room smelled like smoke. The property is quite old and needs a refresh.

Clean bedding and nice big bathroom! Staff was helpful but not necessary friendly, just neutral. Pool closed earlier than listed in online listing. Breakfast was a small selection but nice to have.

Clean room, excellent staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety , good choices . Room was comfortable/ bed also. Would stay again.
