Older hotel and you can tell it. Some things are a bit worn down. It did the job for the night

The room wasn’t clean as well as it should be. The shower was full of hair in one of my rooms. Housekeeping came and got the towels out the room but didn’t make the bed or empty the trash.

The floors in my room were coated in a dirty waxy material

The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The floors were waxed and slippery and gross. The chairs on the balcony were so old and beaten down that I was afraid to sit in it either the termites ate the wood and I’d fall or I’d fall bc they were so old and outdated. Breakfast was absolutely bare minimum. Hallway was being worked on and smelled like drywall and paint and mud and they were working on it sooooo darn early in the morning. Pushing barrels down the hall and just being loud and disrespectful.

Bed was clean and the mattress was comfortable Floors and bathroom appeared clean (see negatives for caveat) Soap dispensers were convenient, iron and ironing board were unexpected but a pleasant surprise Breakfast met my needs Convenient location Floors were greasy and slippery. Stepped on floor barefoot, grossed out, put shoes back on, now shoes have grease stains inside! Kept shoes on remainder of visit. Very dangerous in an accessible room! TV went out. Room was 60 degrees at 3:00. It took till midnight to get to 70 where I at least wasn't shivering. Freezer had so much ice buildup I couldn't use. Bathroom lighting inadequate to be able to put on makeup. Elevator and staircases dirty. Had to hold down toilet handle the entire flush to get anything to go down. Staff apathetic when they were around--which wasn't much. No staff at breakfast or checkout. Came back after my event to talk about experience and staff told me floors are always slippery, no clue abt room temp--that is housekeeping. Left phone number to ask manager to call. Will update review if manager calls and shows effort toward remediation of issues.

Location was close to the conference I was attending. First smell as I walked into the room was bleach. Though that might sound good, the floors felt so gross. I couldn’t walk barefoot on them. I almost slid down in the bathroom because the floor was so greasy feeling. Breakfast area, especially around the toaster, was not clean. My yogurt was at expiration date. Bed not comfortable. I would never stay there again even if it were free. Didn’t know until check-in that they ask for a $100 deposit (common practice, yes. But would have liked to know ahead of time). Never again!

this hotel/Motel was pretty good for the price. Honestly, I actually expected it to be dirty or something like that, but it was actually very clean. The staff was helpful!

Very very good place, me, my mom and my baby stayed there for 4 days. very good staff, we checked in early but room bit available but suddenly she offer me to check in early, my baby so happy because he can sleep well. Thank you so much
