I’ll start by saying the staff was great! Very friendly & accommodating. The main part of the hotel was well maintained. We were put in a handicap room, without a traditional tub. The shower stall was run down, with a rusty shower chair left inside of it. The carpet in the room had a large stain. Due to these factors I would not stay here again. But the staff was amazing, 5 stars to them!!

Staff were great. Unfortunately the room had an overpowering smell of mildew that would not go away, and when we came in after a day out everything was damp. For example, a dress left on the dresser was damp when I went to put it on. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The shower had conditioner in both the shampoo and conditioner dispenser and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it halfway through the night. For the price, I expected more. There are other hotels in the area that were cheaper - I don’t know how they were rated but next time I’d try someplace different.

Staying here for graduation was the absolute best decision! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to breathe. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and welcoming, and the location to Fort Jackson couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommend to any proud family visiting their soldier!! NA

The room was a mess 1st thing we were hit with a strong urine/mold smell. 2nd thing the sheets were smelly and still damp, even if there was humidity they should have been fully dry. 3rd the coffee pot and the fridge were broken, the coffee pot didnt turn on and the refrigerator door wasn't adjusted right to close.

This experience was the worst. From the time we checked in, the manager changed our room without notifying us until I told them I needed to be in the room I booked. The room had mold, the room also had roaches, and the carpet was wet and it left a bad smell in the room. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

We had a very comfortable stay!.

My king size room with a pullout bed was reduced by the staff to a queen bed and a roll-away bed. They tried to charge the same rate for the reduced room and all I got was a bottle of water and a snickers size bag of peanut cookies for the reduction.
