Comfort Suites Columbia I-65

Room had strong chemical smell upon entering and later in the night smelt like sewage. Rooms above us very loud. Breakfast had little to offer

Air conditioning was a little noisy, but livable.

The only thing was could not sleep from the people on the 4th floor

Rm clean, large, beds good, ac good. Overall motel is a little beat up physically.

The Good: Convenient location close to I65. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Bed was clean and comfy. The Bad: The entire hotel is in need of a renovation. Hallway carpets, elevators, carpets and tile in room all need replaced. Tile in our bathroom was mostly loose and you could see water ozzing between tiles when you walked on it. Could not take a shower without water getting on floor. Furniture was pretty worn and needing replaced. Hotel is overdue for an overall renovation.

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the thresholds on the doors make it hard to open and shut even the actual door. Fine other than that.

The room was awesome. The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work. Breakfast was good. We will be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived later then planned. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred hardwood floors or luxury vinyl planks instead of carpeting around the bed area.

The lobby and staff at front desk were very nice. The hotel itself is a different story. The elevators needed attention (flooring missing) and when we arrived on our floor there was no air conditioning and trash and bleach spots on the carpets (not to mention a random latex glove on the floor as well). The room had air conditioning and was cool but the couch had food on it from previous guests. It says renovated, but it was clearly the lobby only. My husband and I and decided not to stay and drove home even though we prepaid. This could be a nice hotel but needs additional renovations to achieve that status. I would not book again.

The stay was great. The feee breakfast was an extra added treat. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were even comfortable.

It was fine for the one night. There was a very strong smell of deodorizer or febreeze like product in the room.

First room had broken seat cover and filthy toilet and mold in shower. Second room had broken, non-fitting toilet seat cover. Breakfast from 6-9 had little left at 8:30. No gluten free accommodations. Halls were dirty. 2 star rating.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. However, our toilet did not flush properly so I went to the lobby and they said they would have someone take care of it while we were out. We got back to our room and the toilet had not been taken care of. We only had an hour left before check out so I didn't bother complaining about it again.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Service and room was good.

The staff were friendly & very nice but the property is old & showing its age.

Clean room... very spacious. Very nice people

Wasn't at all what we expected. Beds was comfy and nice.

This is a nice place to stay and would stay again.

The room was terrible floor was very uneven and soft and had flooring coming up in the bathroom and toilet was leaking will not stay there again

I stayed for one night. The room I was in was dark and the carpet smell. The bathroom was gross.
