Rm. had cracked sink, poor plumbing in shower, cheap towels, cigarette butts in parking lot, gum on sidewalk. No butter for waffels, waffel stuck to iron, no real juice, or fruit, terrible breakfast. terrible care of property. Poorly treated staff, a man dirty with terrible ripped shirt, doing desk & maid duties, a pity to treat people like that. I left due to conditons and I will never stay at a Super 8 again. Too bad the pix to left isn't the real deal, it's very poorly kept in real life. Rm.107 was the #. The floors were the clean, but no cream for skin, good shampoo etc. Thank you.

We picked this hotel because it looked like it had a nice pool. Unfortunately they need a better pool service. The water was so cloudy that you could only see about three feet deep into the pool. My pool in Florida is larger and deeper, you can see the bottom of mine clearly. Cloudy water is a sign that the chemicals are not balanced. While the room was clean, the breakfast was basically non-existent. There was no fruit, cereal, toast, milk, or anything but a waffle maker and orange juice. The clerk was too busy listening to his headphones to be bothered with anything. I would never recommend this property based on it’s supposed amenities.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and functional. Grab and go breakfast was efficient. Great for a night to be closer to venue for a cheer competition.

Was checked into a room that had residents staying in there, front desk staff was very rude, room was dirty had hair in there sink had debris in it

I would know They would. Give us are room because they said we need a Thursday time but it was Friday and we where one staying one day

It’s just waffle basically the room had a broken tile which my husband tripped over, but the bed was comfy and we had no issues with the TV and that’s a big plus for me😂😂

The first person I saw was the desk clerk. He was not rude, but didn’t go out of his way to be welcoming. The room had vinyl floor, which was great except they were filthy. We wore socks because our feet got dirty. The sink drained very slow, bathroom walls and door need a good cleaning. Windows were filthy. Pool was dirty, I found clumps of hair in it.

Nothing The room was nasty my husband and I booked a room to return to after our date in Nashville celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary. We checked in before we headed to Nashville and took a glance at the room at set our stuff down we had to be in Nashville by 7. When we got back I inspected the first room they put us in and it was DISGUSTING to say the least. There was a musty smell, cigarette holes in the blanket, and what looked to be roach feces around the bottom of the bed. When we returned we complained and they switched rooms same thing with the second room and there were spiders in the jacuzzi tub.

I DONT APPRECIATE NOT GETTING MY HOLDS FOR THE ROOM I STAYED IN BACK ON MY CARD YET! IT’S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK. “WARNING” pAY HOLDS WITH CASH & HAVE YOUR RECIEPTS READY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

The room was clean,the bed was very comfy. Luv the fact that there was no carpet on the floor. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The first room they gave us had long hairs on the sheets and the toilet had not obviously been cleaned, also the seat was loose, The staff was very accommodating in moving us to a different room. could use some updates on removing the dark coverlets on the beds.

Didn’t pay the rest of my refund back $135. They only gave me my deposit. They took payment out of my card.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was either refrigerated jimmy dean sandwiches you put in the microwave that turn hard 30 secs after you get out or waffles from a waffle maker that was prone to overheating
