Super 8 by Wyndham Columbia

Room stunk. I could see out under the room door. There was a huge gap. I could literally put my hand through it. The wifi barely worked. Blankets had burn holes in them. Sheets and towels were stained. Also the tub had a huge crack in the floor. I asked to switched rooms. They gave me a key to another room. Opened the door and it smelled like cat pee and the couch in there looked like it was moldy. So I just stayed in my main room.

Nothing! Seedy run down hotel. Rude staff. Needs a major update.

It was a good location. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up. The TV had only 2 channels that worked. The fire alarm went off around 11:00 pm

The room was disgusting. Lights did not work, floor was sticky, towels were discolored, no soap or shampoo provided, the chair was cracked and the mattresses were terrible. I will never stay here again!

Rooms were filthy. The rooms were poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. Clean towels were white with stains. Rooms smelled stale and dirty.

The room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and it was cleaner than expected. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast bar they offer. It was more expensive than I was expecting considering the overall quality of the establishment. I couldn’t fathom what the higher quality hotels were charging if this stay was way over my initial budget

Great stay room was very clean staff was friendly only complaint was showed swimming pool but it was not opened

I didn't like the bathroom floor. They need to put something down other than the vinal cuz when you shower no matter what water gets on the floor and makes it like a water slide, slippery as hell. My wife fell when she put one foot on the floor trying to get out of the shower. She wound up with a little bump on her head, her elbow was bleeding a little and probably will have a bruise on her butt and pride but other than that she is ok. A few hours later I went to use the bathroom and I almost went down cuz the floor was still damp, but fortunately I caught myself. So put one of the towels down on the floor and use it as a rug. I would do it even if you don't use the shower cuz any kind of dampness gets on the floor and it's slippery as hell.

The beds were super comfortable. The front staff was absolutely amazing. They were all so sweet. I met 1 gentleman when we first got there, hes also the one we checked out with. He was soooo sweet. The second night, I used the vending machine and my skittles got stuck. And the second guy that was running the front was so kind, he made a skittles purchase just so it would push mine off. So nice. Housekeeping was very kind as well. I hope she got the moon pie I left her ? There *could* be a bigger breakfast but thats on the owners, not the incredible staff.

The personal was nice. The floor in the room was a bit wet when I arrived to the room ... The refrigerator was liquin a bit so I had to dry myself...

Staff was friendly. Room was dirty, the toilet was coming off the floor.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, he went above and beyond the expectations of what someone usually does,

Location It said breakfast. You have to be kidding. The guy said they do not give them much.

location was easy to get too, but the breakfast was terrible only waffles we had to make ourselves and a small mfridge with microwave items that werent appealing , sorry but thats not a breakfast, you can do better, ask for hot water and they were not understanding what we wanted due to the langauge barrier of the staff, so wife just got cold water and had to microwave it, they can do better
