The young girl working the reception was exceptional

Parking was terrible. Close quarters and everyone parked in front of my room so I had to park far away. Bathroom wall had drywall still unfinished near the door and giant gaping hole at the bottom. Shower leaked a giant puddle into the floor even with shower door closed. Sheets had cigarette burn holes.

We came to stay 2 night for a softball tournament. Upon arriving our door and many others looked to have patched up holes all over door. Looked like bullet holes. When we entered, it had a very musty smell. The room looked good when we entered, but quickly found out a few things. Freezer in frig was completely frozen over and nothing could be put in it. It was clean otherwise. Beds were clean, but round dinette table had crumbs on it. The tile floor was filthy and sticky in several spots. They had gotten rid of continental breakfast and only had coffee in lobby. Oh, and no coffee maker in room. They did have a microwave and of course the frozen over frig. The first white guy that checked us in was very nice, but the Indian guy that checked us out was not very friendly. There was also a light missing above sink, which left 1 light. It was loud a few times with arguing in rooms next to us, and right outside our door since that's where ash tray was.

Like most Red Roof Inns this property is going through renovations. My room was clean and was all that I expected.

This was absolutely awful

The room was OK. The room was clean. All the staff were perfectly fine just the security of the room the secondary latch to secure. The door was broken and nonexistent and then some of the outlets don’t work and also there was no TV guide in the room and you didn’t get all the channels but checking in and checking out was smooth and easy. Staff were very helpful.

It was convenient and relatively cheap housing in the interim for my dog and I. The people of Tennessee are absolutely phenomenal As with any cheap accommodations there's always a work crew slamming whiskey in the parking lot on a Friday but it was a good day, any days a good day when we don't have to use an AK

There is literally nothing but a room, but at least they keep it clean.
