Very clean and helpful staff. Stayed 2 different times within the same week.

Our check-in was smooth and quick. We were greeted immediately. Our room was surprisingly spacious, including the bathroom. There was a personalized welcome message on the TV using my first name and then on check-out day there was a goodbye message also using my first name. Which I thought was a nice touch. The property seemed new. Carpet was plush and everything smelled clean…not the old musty dusty smell that some hotels try to cover up with fragrance. Also, even though we arrived late we were able to get a parking spot near the front of the building. Breakfast had many great selections. (My husband was hoping for biscuits and gravy though) The hot items were hot and the cold items were cold. They had a waffle maker and great coffee which I appreciated. 🤗

Unfortunately this property did not live up to the standards that I am usually accustomed to. First of all it is an old property and they need to update. We reserved 3 rooms... one the door would not close properly and the key would not work. Another room the tv box was broken had to have it fixed...not till next night. Housekeeping does not come in everyday so had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. the breakfast had something to be desired, coffee and juice are there but the other selections were muffins and bagels...so not much to choose from. Staff was nice but I would not recommend till they remodel and upgrade!!!

The drawers, hangers, and other room design elements were well thought out and useful. The TV was great and allowed you to sign into your own Netfix or Prime accounts for streaming and a couple of others. I would like to have been to add other steaming services as not everyone uses the same ones. I could not discover how or if I could do that. I did like that it logged you out of your personal streaming services upon checkout. My favorite hotel experience in this price range. We would definitely book again.

the only problem that we had with our stay is that the TV would not allow streaming. We were moved to another room that did. The staff was very nice.

Great hotel and very well maintained

Disappointing

Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Didn’t get to use the pool as we didn’t stay long enough. Nice hotel but a little pricey. $274 for one night.

Great place to stay. Excellent staff

It was clean and loved that they had more then just donuts and muffins for breakfast. The lady that checked us in was friendly also. I feel like the lady when leaving wasnt as friendly. Also you should have something in the room with hours for the pool, and breakfast.

Breakfast was ok , parking was good . Just no hot tub.

Area was nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and staff nice. Parking area was nice. We would stay again.
